Honestly the experience was bad since I bought the tickets and until I landed.

We purchased saved seats on the flight for a family of 5 and when we arrived each and every one got a different seat on a completely different side of the plane.

They buy tickets from another company that buys the tickets from the airline.

Also no online checkin.

I do not recommend.

Nous devions voyager une dizaine de jours en août de cette année pour le Portugal. La compagnie a annulé le vol. Malheureusement, lastminute.co.il ne répond pas, ni par téléphone, ni par mail, ni par formulaire internet. Et malheureusement, je n'ai aucune possibilité de les joindre autrement. Il n'y a que des retours négatifs concernant leurs services. Je ne sais pas comment faire. Je vais faire appel à un avocat car je ne sais pas comment avancer pour obtenir mon remboursement

We bought 2 tickets to Lefkada early this morning. The flight is for 2.8.25 at 6:00 am. We sent an email and asked them to send the tickets and as of now 31.7.25, after 12 hours we have not received them and have not received an answer and there is no one to talk to. We are at a loss and do not know what to do, to organize for the trip or not. Helplessness. If anyone from the company sees this message here, please respond. I hope we did not make a mistake.

They charged me, I did not receive the flight, and there was no one to speak to.

I booked a flight through lastminute.co.il, the flight got canceled without any prior notice from them. I’ve sent 5 emails asking for refund and made multiple phone calls to their customer service, but they’ve completely ignored me – no replies, no callbacks, nothing. It’s like they’ve just disappeared with my money. This is unacceptable for a company that’s supposed to handle travel bookings reliably.

Despite the seemingly attractive prices, lasminute.co.il is a complete disaster when it comes to customer service. Once you’ve made your payment, communication becomes virtually impossible: no replies to emails, no working phone number, and absolutely no way to reach a real person. You're left completely on your own.

Even worse, you receive automated messages saying that “flights from Israel are canceled” – with no clear explanation, no updates, and no help. And when the flight is confirmed, tickets are only sent 48 hours before departure, leaving you in total uncertainty until the last minute.

This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking anything through this website. A service this unreliable simply doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust

bought 3 ticket from this website on May, paid 6400 shekels for my order, and from this day until today have not got my e-tickets, no answer on any platform (telephone, email, contact via website), they sent me a reservation with the wrong number and i belive there is no tickets at all! i am sending a formal complaint to the Israeli costumer council about this website. it has a lot of complains from costumers. absolutely fraud.

Its now 4 hours befor i have to go to the airport and havent got the tickets yet. Sent them few mails and notes in their site cinse 4 fays ago but no answer.
No answer in the mail/site/phone... like they all went to sleep the all week. Save yoursellf the presure and nervs. Pay fee more euros and buy a ticket from a feal company !

We ordered flight tickets. After a week or so I got notification that the tickets had arrived but they were only for the return flight and were authentic tickets from the airline . I got no reply to enquiries regarding the outgoing flight. Eventually I found the outgoing tickets but they were from ISSTA travel agency. When we got to the airport we were told that our flight had been cancelled and that there were no available seats on the replacement flight. Our return tickets are still valid but there is nobody to talk to about cancelling them and getting a refund.
Keep away from this company like the plague.

Update: In all fairness I just erased my negative review and gave them 3 stars. All is well that ends well. This is my experience: 4 tickets to NY from Israel were canceled, apparently due to the war with Iran. After emailing them daily with multiple emails and waiting many days for someone at the company to get back to me, someone finally did, re-routed the flight via Dubai at no extra cost. Moral of my experience- If you are looking for a travel agent that will get back to you timely with answers or an agent that answers telephone calls, I don’t think that you would want to deal with this business. I might have been better buying the tickets directly from the airline website, who knows, but again all is well that ends well.

Disgusting thieves beyond measure ignoring emails and not even informing me that my flights are cancelled! They dont answer emails or phone calls!! They might simply never refund me my money which is more than 460 dollars that they stole so far. Disgustingly enough, the airlines are syaing oh its their responsibility to give you back the refund! Disgusting austrian airlines lack of responsibility!!

להיזהר מהם. לברוח ולהתרחק. מדובר ברמאים וגנבים. ביטלו לי טיסה בישראייר קישינייב ששילמתי עבורה 450 דולר והן החליטו להחזיר רק 200 דולר בטענה שזה היה המחיר. שקרנים בעת ההזמנה המחיר היה 450 דולר במערכת הזמנות שלהם. תתרחקו מהם

לא אמין בכלל מקפיצים מחרים אחרי ההזמנה

They didn’t sent me the tickets for the flight and without having the option for early check in, my kids needed to sit in different seats.
This is pure not professional!!
I wouldn’t fly with them. And I’m advising people to do the same

My flight was cancelled by the airline and 2.5 months I'm still not able to get my money back. They don't have any phone number and won't reply my emails as well.

Worst company I have ever felt with. Customer service does not exist. If you will need to do any changes with your ticket it will be impossible as they will never answer the phone it is just a recording and they don’t answer back with email or website . Save your money and don’t use them

Only way to reach the company is the "Contact us" page in their website but they never relpy there!!
Watch out from this scam!

I bought a flight and I wanted to change the ticket as I paid more for it. I contacted them 4 days before my flight via email (there is no number to call) and got no answer. In the end my flight got cancelled and I still have no answer if I will get my money back or if I can change the ticket. Now the flight was cancelled and I'm lost what to do. Very bad customer service as you don't get any. I feel now that they just steal your money, NOT recommending to buy from here for nobody!!!
