so much went wrong, for 3 weeks during the winter 2026 I was left without the heating, I had to buy 6 electric heaters, I ask ed to be compensated for the usage of power but I had no penny given, for 1st 3 months I could not hang the curtain or drapes because promissed fixtures during the visit never been done when I moved in, door needed the adjustment another 3 months, I contacted of more than 20 times management to fix the the faults but I had so rude comments and rude letters from Emanuel . After flooding they left me without painting the kitchen ceiling and damage to the ceiling and wall in a bathroom, telling me that landlord spent £7000( getting most of it from insurance pay). When 25 yr old toilet hinges broke, Emanuel sent me a letter that if Ibroke it’s up and it was up to me, I bought new seat. At the end of my tenancy management stopped answering my call so I decided to move out. I had to go through dispute to get my deposit back. Never again to rent through Langford and Russell
