I’ve been working with kurtis now for the last 8 months as a landlord with property’s Harvey and Mohammed have been a pleasure to work with.

Kurtis have been my managing agents for many years. They are always proactive and helpful. Recently I have had several problems that have needed a lot of tenacity dealing with complex issues and local authorities. Getting my windows fixed seemed to take forever. A special thank you to Georgina, Jackie and the team for resolving things for me Georgina has been amazing throughout this. I feel confident when I work with them that things will get done and wish every managing agent was like them.

Very bad experience with this property management company. They don’t listen to any complains made by the tenants. And don’t work on resolving those issues.
I’ve been with much better and professional letting agents. Kurtis needs to up their game. Highly disappointed!!!

I used Kurtis Property wheb I was finding our first flat to rent, so I was a novice throughout the process.
Harvey's professionalism and patience was a breathe of fresh air.
Process was quick and seamless due to the advice and communication received.
On exiting the property, we dealt with Harvey again. He remembered our conversations from over a year ago - so it was like meeting an old friend who cared about us and his job.

I think they need to take more care into the landlords they work with. I have developed depression since being in a property run by them and havent slept for months due to poor windows.
Havent been able to even watch ITV, bbc or any type of normal television for 7 months. So many issues and it seems to me the owner of the flat is more concerned with his money rather than making sure his tenants are healthy and happy. So disappointed and disheartened
UPDATE: There were no access issues or contractor issues. I was still living with cockroaches when I moved out. An infestation that was there before I moved in.
I am very happy in my new home and will never rent a property with your company again

My experience has been disappointing. I have stayed in Ilford property. The neighbourhood can only be described as place which attracts govt law enforcing agents due to multiple issues - no communication was provided to me or my family about those issues before I moved in property. With those known problems, no one would stay in property even with half of market rent. The communication lately was nightmarish with multiple follow-ups and unanswered voicemails about any concerns, have become norm. Also, it's worth noting each and everything in email as likelihood of reneging the things agreed on good faith is sky high!

Great experience from start to finish. Harvey from the Ilford branch was an absolute pleasure to communicate with regarding the flat I have just moved into and was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Kurtis Property

In my experince this is the worst agency I have evermet,I rented my current appartment with them and I have raised some serious issues and concerns for maintenance,it is been the 3rd month there is no action from them and they still playing on emails.

If you sign a contract with Kurtis you will regret!

I am a Landlord who's benefitting from rent guarantee scheme. It was a seamless process, Harvey was fantastic! He came to view the property on time, he advised what small changes I would have to make, made me an offer, shook hands and that was that! Payments are always on time, I get reminders to send them annual gas certificate or have them arrange it at a small fee. Looking to do more business with them soon. Highly recommend, they're a real professional outfit!
