Still haven’t received my order
Still haven’t received my order. After being told it was coming Saturday August 29th Sunday the 30th and Monday the 31st. I still do not have my bags. Even talking to customer service no one has been helpful. I will not be ordering anything else.

This is my 4th purchase of Kurt Geiger handbags. I love them so much and I think the sage and pink with butterflies is my favorite so far. But the new one I just purchased that's black and looks like it has black diamonds on it is Gorgeous too!! I love Kurt Geiger!!

I had originally had one of my orders cancel because it was out of stock but when I reorder it worked and I got my bag! Im so happy with the bags I got and cannot wait to keep wearing them.

I tried for several days to place an…
I tried for several days to place an order. Each time my order was rejected. I called and was told that the discount code I received would not work on sale items. I selected something that wasn’t on sale and it still didn’t work. Finally after days of trying to place the order I decided to omit the gift box thinking maybe this was what causing my issues. I discovered that this was the issue. I was finally able to place the order. I was not able to use the complimentary code I was given and I was not able to get the gift box I needed for the gift I was buying. I did send an email mail requesting a consideration of a gift box but got no reply. I haven’t gotten my order yet. I’m just hoping the order gets to me in good condition. I’m very frustrated with the entire ordeal. This has not been my experience in the past. Please do a better job of communicating with your customers when there’s an issue with the order so we understand how to fix the problem.
