Kopumā ļoti laba pieredze. Pasūtīšanas process bija vienkāršs un saprotams, piegāde tika veikta laikā, un preces pilnībā atbilda aprakstam. Klientu apkalpošana bija atsaucīga un ātri atbildēja uz maniem jautājumiem. Noteikti iepirkšos šeit vēlreiz.

i bought many kitchen and household appliances here as they have a big variety of stuff and recently i started to buy cosmetics and perfumes in this shop as they have quite good loyalty customer prices. yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer for delivery but for me it is fine as soon as i can have a good price for the product

I needed to buy a niche product that wasn't available anywhere else (dishwasher) in the right side, and ksenukai had it. Quick delivery also, and a warranty :)

Pasūtīju flīžu piegādi, samaksāju par pasūtījumu un piegādi, bet izrādās, ka piegāde neietver piegādi, un kā man par to vajadzēja zināt, kā arī pašam ievest dzīvoklī tonnu flīžu?
Es arī nevaru piemaksāt pārcēlājiem par piegādes pakalpojumu, man ir jāatceļ pasūtījums un! Dodieties uz veikalu un pasūtiet tur, jo jūs nevarat pasūtīt preces vietnē ar piegādi!
Aizgāju uz veikalu, paņēmu pasi un teicu, lūk, es esmu un šeit ir mana pase, atceļ pasūtījumu. Uz ko viņi man saka, ka nevar atcelt pasūtījumu veikalā un man viņiem ir jāzvana.
Pats bezjēdzīgākais tiešsaistes iepirkšanās serviss, tas ir burtiski bezjēdzīgs, kāpēc ir iespēja kaut ko pasūtīt, ja nevar samaksāt par piegādi un jāiet uz veikalu.
Un glazūra uz kūkas, piegādes atcelšanai nepieciešamas 2 nedēļas.

Sazvaniju klientu servisu un izstāstīju problēmu.
Man e-pasta viņi atbildēja šo "Sveiki,
Paldies par papildus informāciju, sazināsimies ar piegādātāju, lai precizētu informāciju par iztrūkstošo komplektāciju un sniegsim Jums atbildi ar risinājumu."
Ir pagājušas 13 dienas kopš e-pasta saņemšanas un nekādas ziņas. Un uz epastiem vairs neatbild.
Pazaudēta nauda un arī produkts nelietojams.
Tas ir debilisms kautkads nevis interneta veikals. Ja jau tā reklamejas TV ekrānos un reputācija ir tik svarīga tad vismaz atmaksajiet daļu naudas atpakaļ vai atsūtīt iztrūkstošo komplektāciju.
Ļoti bezkaunīgs, un sliktas kvalitātes serviss. Nebrinisos ka visi produkti kas tur tiek pārdoti ir lietoti. Vismaz tā izskatās pēc produkta ko esmu saņēmusi bērnam.
Neiesaku tur neko iegādāties.
