You are led to believe the company is NZ with Money back guarantee, when they arrived the sizing was soo small, 3-4 times smaller than expected, on contacting they say they want to give you a 10% refund Or send them back to China, at a huge cost.
On contacting them again to say this is not disclosed with there money back guarantee & I would like a NZ adress to send to, no more replies, its dodgy as, wished I'd read the reviews!

Sizes are significantly smaller than advertised, by at least 3 sizes. I had wanted to support a NZ seller but items are shipped from China (in the same bags as what you get from Temu) and take a long time to arrive. Returns also have to go back to a person in China & must be tracked so it was going to cost $100 to return the items or they offer you a miserable 10% refund. Extremely disappointed & won’t risk shopping from here again, a very expensive mistake. You can get the exact same products from Temu with more accurate sizing & free easier returns. Really disappointed that they portray themselves as a NZ company.

OMG how is it this company getting away with this! Ripping off hard working New Zealanders. Do not order from them, they are not a New Zealand company like they claim. Unable to return or get a refund, without either sending them more money, and nz post cannot verify their return address.

I ordered 2x bras in different sizes according to size charts, ironically the smaller size fits perfectly. However I cannot fault the after sale care, responses are prompt and the solution offered to ship a replacement at reduced cost and not return the initial product is suitable for me.

If I could give a zero I would. This is a scam company. Not a New Zealand store at all. Items ship from china and are available to purchase through Temu or SHEIN for a fraction of the price. Wish I’d done my research first but trusted I was buying from a mother and daughter company in New Zealand. Absolute rubbish!

Really disappointed to realize this wasn't a nz company after trying to return bras that couldn't wear as weren't Seamless as advertised. Had to ship to Vietnam tracked at great expense and wasn't confident I'd get my money back if I did. Offered a 20% refund if I let it go which they did pay but bras were flimsy material and not well made.

Where do I start i order bras what a joke they were exactly like the ones you get from Temu and sizing what a joke.
Trying to get hold them for a refund waste of money it is extremely hard to get a response from them.

These bras are so light and comfy. Hardly know tou have then on. Luv them. Highly recommend to all women.

BEWARE!!!! This businesses advertising indicates that it is a genuine NZ business - I discovered, after ordering their Paula pants, that the only indicator is in their return policy which states that returned goods go back to their international warehouse. So after 19 days from order date the pants finally arrived from China. What a waste of $80!!! Although well sewn the fabric is a thin polyester, they fitted around the seat and thighs but showed every lump and bump, othewise looked like wide leg jama pants, totally unsuitable for casual wear!! I dont buy online normally and wont be again after this experience!! Think twice before purchasing from this business and avoid disappointment and a hole in your wallet!!

Not Nz based. Clothing sizes run small, fabric and colours on website does not reflect the item you receive. Cheap material, garish colours. Don’t buy from them it is a scam

Firstly, I love to support a local NZ business. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for a larger fitting bra. Delivery was prompt and the material is so soft and beautiful colours. I will be buying more!

This is the first time I have ordered anything online I have always been wary about getting the right size.
When I received the bra it was just what I had been looking for, very soft and comfortably. Unfortunately, not quite my size. I contacted Harper & Willow and received an answer right back. The y have made it so easy to get a bigger size I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

My order was received today, and the bras were awesome. Great material and fitting. Thank you.

I would give this company a zero if I could. They claim to be 'a mother daughter company based in NZ' which is a fat load of crap. they drop ship their products straight from the loading bay of temu. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT BUY! You will only get a rubbish that will end up in our landfills. They also make it very difficult to return items. BEWARE!

First time ordering bras from this site.They arrived within a week. A lovely style and gorgeous feeling fabric however a bit too small in the cup for me. More bras are on the way. Thank you for organising this promptly.Fantastic customer service from Hazel.

I saw an ad for these fab looking bras, placed and order and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately I discovered I had ordered too small. I made contact thru email and it was resolved stress-free! Wonderful customer service and awesome product! Definitely recommend and will be back for more.

Lovely soft so comfy and easy to wear. Sadly a bit too small, emailed Harper & Willow. My email was answered promptly. Great communication and cannot wait to receive my new ones.

The bras I ordered were too small. On contacting customer service they advised that will send me replacements, no questions asked. Cannot fault their customer service/support and will recommend them to my friends.

Harper and Willow not as portrayed on web . A scam not NZ company . Wish I’d searched this before purchasing . Bra arrived not worth my $59 straight in the bin.
Buyers beware .

Harper and Willow pose as local company in Christchurch. The product comes from China. It is cheap and nasty. Bra sizing ok around band but there is no variance for different cup sizes. WARNING: don't waste your money!
