I would give less then 1 star if…

I would give less then 1 star if possible, do not buy from this company. They will try to scam, thats what they do best.

I ordered through amazon.de to denmark, a pecron e3800lfp. Which I admit i really wanted, but the seller from pecron did not send it.

Although they changed the status many times to shipped and coming tomorrow. Then back to shipping soon.

ItS all just a SCAM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

I spent $1800.00 on the F5000 you tube…

I spent $1800.00 on the F5000 you tube bragged about I got mine and it quit working in about two and a half weeks . Contacted Pecron several times finally after a few days and phone calls I got a reply through emails and they want pictures and video of something that does not come on It's DEAD it won't accept any power ac or dc. My son came to visit and took some pictures to show it will not come on. I'm suppose to have a{ 30 day no questions asked warranty} plus 6 years on replacement or repairs. I don't trust it my wife and I want it out of our house because it might be fire risk. They lie about the warranty and my 30 days is running out because their stalling sending me a return label.

Very good experience, both times

I see a lot of negative reviews, so I think I should share my experience with Pecron EU. I've made 2 purchases with them, one a few months ago (E2400 LFP) and one which I just received today (EP3000). Both of them went smoothly with fast shipping and both arrived as expected.

This company is an absolute disgrace

This company is an absolute disgrace. They will do everything they can to avoid refunding your money. I ordered, then canceled with them in mid Jan. 2026. They then shipped any way and after the merchandise was on it's way from their warehouse in Poland, they realized their mistake and intercepted the package. The logistics company carried it back to Poland and Pecron-EU then claimed they never received it and refused to refund. After 11 weeks of this nightmare experience they have finally given my money back but only after repeatedly lying to me, saying they were "looking for the lost shipment". In the end I managed to find a "real person" at the logistics company who took pity on me and helped me out. They had delivered the package to Pecron on Feb 18th, but Pecron insisted to me that it was still lost and therefore they could not refund my money. I finally managed to show them PROOF from the logistics company on March 27th and only then did they agree to refund my $1300.00.
They did NOTHING to track the shipment even though they were both "sender" AND "receiver". They ignored and only randomly replied to emails. I spent many hours of my time resolving this. They tried everything to keep my money. Beware.

Changed my thoughts on pecron

I previously wrote a bad review saying it was a scam ,but it's not i actually received my order literally the day after I wrote the bad review. I'm happy with my powerstation and all I can say it they have a difficult website not very user friendly when you want to cancel an order or contact them it is impossible. I had to try to stop it through the bank .but it came. I would say I did not get any updates on my parcel till the day it was out for delivery. 2 weeks I was left in silence thinking I was scammed.

It seems that Pecron is over its head

I truly concur with the horrible experiences here. I too have the same lack of customer communication and the one and only reply I have after a ton of automatic replies is that they offer a €20,- cashback. They seem to be out of stock and customers are on a monthly waiting list. I cancelled my order #3532 several times via email and website but they seem not bothered by negative customer relations. I want a refund of this purchase and look elsewhere for a professional legitimate company.

Update May 10th:
After many attempts to communicate someone within Pecron servicedesk got the message (lit and fig). Explained to me there was a confusion on account of me trying to cancel the purchase after the frustrating experience. So first shipment was cancelled during transport. Next shipment took a while on account of high demand. Within one week a new battery was shipped out to me and it arrived safely. To console me for the troubles they refund me an amount of 30 euro's. The battery works great as expected.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Pecron. I placed a pre-order (#3526) when the expected shipping date was end of February / early March. Later, this was changed to early March / mid-March without any warning or communication about the delay.
My main concern throughout this process has been the complete lack of communication. I tried contacting customer service through email, chat, and social media several times simply to ask for an update on my order, but received no response at all. Only after publicly expressing my frustration on social media did I finally receive a reply.
I clearly explained that shipment before March 15 would be acceptable and that I did not want a refund if this was possible. Despite this, I then suddenly received an email stating that a full refund had already been processed, without any prior notice or discussion.
This experience shows a serious lack of communication and customer consideration. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation has been handled. Customers deserve transparency and updates — not silence followed by unilateral decisions about their orders.

Παρέλαβα με καθυστέρηση

Αγόρασα το 2400 στις 10 Ιανουαρίου και ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει, τους στέλνω email - chat - Tel δεν απαντάνε πουθενά και δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση. /// Αλλάζω την αρχική κριτική μου το προϊόν μου έχει παραδοθεί κανονικά και έχουν κάνει και μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων για την ταλαιπώρια και παρέλαβα το τιμολόγιο. Δεν υπήρχε σκοπός να κρατήσουν τα χρήματα και να μην στείλουν το προϊόν αλλά μεγάλη καθυστέρηση

Never received the product

Update 20.03: After this review, the seller contacted me and I received the product two weeks later. However, the item arrived without warranty documentation.

Original review 3.03:
I ordered an E1500LFP on January 21, and from the very beginning I did not receive any order confirmation or order number to my email (including spam).

After 15 days, I contacted the seller to request my tracking number, as due to blackouts in Ukraine I urgently needed the station for basic survival needs. Instead of providing clear information, they responded with generic, scripted messages saying that my model was out of stock and, as an apology, they could upgrade me to a more powerful model at no additional cost, with expected shipping at the end of February or beginning of March.

I asked again for my original order number, but they replied that they had already updated my model and would send a new order number later. I clearly stated that I did not agree to any change and asked for my order number again — for the fifth time — otherwise I would contact my bank to request a refund.

After that, the communication stopped.

At this point, the bank has not yet refunded the money due to some document-related difficulties. I am left without the product, without my money, and without electricity.

Horrible lack of communication and customer support

I ordered a pecron F3000LFP Portable Power Station from pecron Store via Amazon.de on 15th of February this year.
Estimated delivery date was late February till early March.
On February 21st I get a notification from Amazon that pecron has not yet confirmed the shipment for the order.
I contact pecron on that day and get no response at all.
Yesterday (26th), I get a notification that my order is now cancelled.
No communication from pecron.
Disgraceful behaviour towards customers by pecron.

Do not buy from them!
If this is how they treat customers when buying, I dread to imagine what their customer support is like after the purchase.

No delivery/no response

It order a E3600lfp in the beginning of February. After 3 weeks still nothing, I have bin trying to contacting them on several ways.
Response: Nothing....
So I asked my money back with PayPal.

Update: After the complaint true PayPal the product whas delivered in a week.

I made an order on 26 of January 2026

I made an order on 26 of January 2026, but no any shipment notification received. I'm contacted Pecron-eu via chat, and get two times reply that they will ship today or tomorrow, with top priority. From beginning of February 2026, they stopped responding on my emails and messages in official chat. Today is 11 of February 2026, no response, no updates on my order. Absolutely disrespectful to the customers.

Update on my one star review: Pecron has now contacted me following the previous bad review. I have received tracking numbers and an explanation regarding unexpected delays caused by issues in Poland. Thank you for that — this has restored some of my confidence.

Still, I believe that with clearer and earlier communication, much of this frustration could have been avoided. Waiting more than 40 days is a long time.

At this point, I am mainly interested in the actual quality of the products and their arrival. I will update this review once I have received them to give an honest and balanced assessment. I am not here to harm anyone’s business, only to share my genuine experience.

Regarding my last review an update on it. Pecron EU finally gave all of my money back. However it was a hassell to get it back. I would think twice before buying anything from them. At least they did not scam me.

Pecro will not honor extended warranty they us to get you to buy there units!

Pecro will not honor extended warranty when you buy there units through one of there other sellers. You think they would since we bought two of there large units. More chinese rip offs !! They want your money & info. We bought through an American company and they showed there sale, So PECRON told me they will not honor there advertised extended sales warranty unless you buy from them in china that's not what the sale said ! That's one of the biggest reasons we bought there units. What else will they not do!!

China SCAM

Whatever you do don't order from pecron eu, it is over a month since I ordered a 2400LFP and no delivery. Support is a joke, no number just a chinese email and they answer with 'sorry this happened to you please wait'. I have asked for a refund 3 times and now they ignore my emails and blocked me on Instagram. €800 wasted on a scam company.
