When we were selling our house,We used a conveyancer recommended by the estate agent. But luckily,We used Kreston to buy our new property,And the difference we experienced was massive. Our conveyancer was impossible to get hold of,Didn’t seem to care how long things took,And was quite unhelpful. Afshan Malik At Kreston,On the other hand was completely the opposite. She was so helpful,Always took our calls,Explained everything in a way we could both understand,And was so professional in every way. I only regret we didn’t use Afshan to sell our property. I couldn’t recommend Kreston enough,And thank you to Afshan for all her help.

If I could rate my solicitor Dilan it would be for her communication skills ! Top marks. Every time I got impatient she was very patient with me. Whole Process took a while as every case is different but she got me through it. She was pleasant with her words and attitude. She treated me on a 1 to 1 basis I gave her a hard time but she never complained. Dilan is an asset to her organisation thank you !
