DO NOT use this solicitor. My partner had a terrible experience. Amounting to unnecessary stress because of Anis’s lack of communication and incompetence. Recently discovered that Anis was previously reprimanded by the SRA which resorted to his closure of business. She is considering filing a complaint

I just want to say a massive thank you to our solicitor Dr Nahal Allahhi for all her recent help when we purchased our property. She was a professional from beginning to end. She made the entire process so simple and easy to understand. If ever we had a question, she would always reply straight away and put our minds at rest. She was always available. Awful experience with a property transaction. Communication is non-existent, case is constantly being handled by different people and I am not sure that, at any point, an actual qualified solicitor has even looked at it. I have lost count of the amount of times I have called the main office number, in normal working hours, and nobody answers the phone. When somebody does look at the case for you, they don't have a clue what they are doing and I have been spoken to very rudely on the phone, several times. I have raised a formal complaint. Avoid at all cost.

Well, after a small bump at the beginning, the case was picked up by Saskia. If you’re lucky enough to get her, then it’ll be a smooth ride!

I was kept well informed through this the process, happy to answer small questions and offered clarity throughout the process.

Saskia’s handling throughout was 5 Stars, but the person who was appointed initially was about 3 stars, hence the slight drop in overall rating.

Great service and high levels of professionalism should be celebrated and I haven’t really a bad word to say once everything got moving.

Absolutely awful solicitors, extremely unprofessional. please avoid at all costs.Dealing with my divorce, they never answer calls, take weeks to respond to emails give no information on any progress until the last minute and then aren't prepared for court hearings! Incomplete paperwork as they are never available to give advice on what you need to provide.
My Solicitor retired during the proceedings and tried to pass me on to a solicitor within the group who did conveyancing and had no family law experience. So he got sacked and I left this hopeless money grabbing company. I am now lodging a complaint to the Law Society, and their ombudsman. fastest he ever worked for me was when he sent me the bill the very next day. Please avoid this company at all costs. I had to give 1 star as zero wasn't an option.

I wanted to leave an honest review, as in a large firm it’s the staff who truly make the experience—and this was certainly the case for me.

Two individuals in particular went above and beyond:

Saba Sadia – From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic. She responded incredibly quickly to all enquiries and was always available by phone or email whenever needed. Her dedication and communication made the entire process much smoother.

Nahal Allahhi – Nahal took over my file on the day of completion while Saba was on annual leave, and I was extremely impressed. Despite delays and unprofessionalism from the other side’s solicitors, she ensured everything was completed successfully. What stood out most was her commitment—she stayed beyond working hours to finalise all paperwork and transactions.

I genuinely want to thank both of these professionals for such an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Gardner Champion Solicitors—their team truly makes all the difference

Dr. Nahal was very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. She was always accessible when we needed guidance and followed up on the matter with great responsibility and care. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, the case was successfully completed. We really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her services.

We used Gardner champion as our conveyancer and the service was awful. Our exchange was delayed by 8 weeks from the original agreed date and their communication was poor. They were incredibly slow to reply to emails and I was constantly chasing them up over the phone but this also took a long time to get through. There were also instances where they failed to send off documents which caused further delays. Overall, we were very disappointed with the company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, have now lost the sale of my property because of Anis, I have seen several reviews now about them and all mirror the same thing, no communication even when chased, it has been 6 months and not one confirmation of any action taken. Very quick to take your money but the it’s radio silence, I would suggest if you do use them ask for someone else, am hoping to gain a refund as there has been no evidence of any action taken and now my buyer has walked! And guess what, still no response! Useless company, useless conveyancer, absolutely avoid, pay more and get the job done with a professional!
