I bought from the main site and noticed after that they charged me their country's VAT for an international shipping when they shouldn't have. End result: I've been charged twice for VAT because they did not fill out the correct papers for the customs borders... I had to call the borders and fill out a form because the company doesn't want to reimburse me when they're in the wrong. I wrote them many times, (sending actual sources, infos I got directly from the customs) regarding the issue but they simply don't give a damn, they stop replying right away and just kept my money! It's been months now. TERRIBLE company and customer service that hide behind their "green" values ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Weiterhin besteht KOI auf die Zahlung der Hinsendekosten bei Widerruf, was sie per Gesetz selbst tragen bzw erstatten müssen. Abzocke.

Just don’t bother! I waited 5 weeks and no delivery...I eventually got a refund after sending over 30 emails! The tracking information was rubbish. I am so disappointed.

Placed an order online, was told it had shipped a week later. The tracking link did not work.
Two weeks later I had still not received the items so got in touch by email. No response. Another email a week later, no response. Still nothing delivered.
I then contacted them via Instagram and finally got a reply the following day where I was told the items were out of stock.
Later in the week I was finally refunded, however the awful expereince has put me off buying anything from this supposedly ethical company ever again.

P.S. The fact it took KOI three and a half years to reply to my review possibly tells you all you need to know

Mooie kleding, goede kwaliteit en duurzaam maar de service... momenteel telefonisch niet te bereiken en op mails gewoon geen antwoord...bizar.
Dus als je online bij kings of indigo iets koopt, zorg ervoor dat je zeker weet dat je de goede maat koopt want bij retourneren kun je lang wachten...

Zeer slecht en langdurig proces als je iets terugstuurt.
Je moet weken lang zeuren om je geld terug. Altijd dezelfde smoes: het is nu drukker dan anders. Maar dit gaat al jaren zo.
Zeer slecht. Elke keer neem ik me weer voor om nooit meer iets te bestellen.

Ich hatte ein Kleid bestellt und mich auf das Foto und die Größenangabe des Models verlassen. Leider fiel es völlig anders aus und passte gar nicht. Die Rücksendung ist umständlich, es liegt nichts bei, man muss über eine englischsprachige Seite gehen und sich das Rücksendeformular ausdrucken. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt man selbst und die sind aufgrund der mir vorher nicht bekannten Tatsache, dass die Rücksendung in die Niederlande geht, hoch. Mich kostet der Spaß jetzt 14 Euro. Das war defintiv das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich da bestellt habe.

Got the package delivered to order but not protected in packaging, Due to the fact that the package needed to travel around the globe, and that there is a risk of the goods being damaged in some way, packaging is necessary. I do understand that they have chosen to take down packaging with plastic to cut costs and benefit the environment, but there are other ways to package. Very dissatisfied. A sustainability company also protects its customers, not money. you may have grown out of them value words and developed into a fancy company behind the logo, I do not know but it feels so in accordance with your employee commitment and energy level.
