The quality of the care was excellent in all aspects of my surgery.
The surgery carried out by Mr. Chan and his team was exceptional and the before and after care by all the staffwas outstanding.

Every person I met has me in mind.
I was treated so kindly by the nursing staff and reception at Kingsbridge. Everything was explained and I had an opportunity to ask questions. Even when something couldn't be done, everything was explained and I was given options. I am so glad I went to Kingsbridge.

I was told I would receive my physio exercises by e mail . They did not arrive with me. I have phoned repeatedly and am brushed off with so called patient support team reply’s and ID codes but I have still not received my physio exercises which I am supposed to be doing several times daily.
The wait times on the phone are intolerable and I am getting angry and frustrated at not being able to speak with anyone who can help

I went for arranged surgery on Friday, and here I am on Monday still with a hernia. I hope I have not been discharged as I still need the surgery to be done. please follow up with your teams for reasons for the cancel of my surgery, I wasn't given any details. If I could give zero stars for my experience I would. Sat in a pod for the best part of 5 hours, until told that the surgeons list was done?

Very friendly helpful efficient staff. From the security man receptionist catering staff nurses and doctors. Explained everything that was happening in advance. Very attentive from start to finish. Couldn’t do enough for me.

Found it was very busy. Sitting outside in a narrow corridor with lots of other people and the computer eye tests being completed in the same corridor plus lots consultants and staff constantly moving along the corridor was overwhelming and stressful.

The meeting went very well. I was informed in language I could understand exactly the present condition of my spine. The Surgeon followed up on the meeting by providing me with a note of the meeting - very much appreciated. I was also shown pictures of my spine. This helped explain to me where the pain in my back and legs was coming from.

Very efficient and pleasant staff from start to finish. The only problem that I had was the waiting at the start. My appointment was 7.30am and I was shown into a cubicle right away and told a nurse would be with me shortly. 40 minutes later a very pleasant nurse appeared shortly followed by a pleasant anaesthetist who prepared me and took me into the theatre. Surgeon Mr Arakzai - another pleasant gentleman-performed my operation and I left the building @10am. Except for the long wait at the beginning everything was perfect.

I was taken on time. The nurse made me comfortable and reassured me. She worked confidently on me and answered all my questions. I felt well looked after

Everything went like clockwork, all very caring staff. Fantastic experience

I found the staff very friendly and made us feel at ease, from the shuttle driver from the car park to the hospital car park gate guy and receptionist, who were all prepared to answer our questions about how car parking/management would work for us on the day of surgery, opening time of shuttles etc. The nurses were very nice and kind. The anaesthetic was thorough, informative and pleasant. We feel it was a helpful preparation for the upcoming operation appointment in a place we had not been to before.

A simply superb experience from checkin at reception to the absolutely wonderful Lynsey.

Linda & Julie were also amazing in how they cared for me.

Appointment exactly on time no waiting in crowded waiting room. The Consultant was very personable he explained my condition and listened to me and answered my queries and all in an easily understood manner.

Nothing was too much trouble! A great experience at all levels, from admission,prep, surgery, through an unexpected overnight stay to discharge. Everything went so smoothly, this is a well-oiled machine and the staff are fantastic. Thank you so much for making my experience so easy and troublefree!
