They have been doing my repair work for about a year and I am very satisfied. They are very professional and loyal.

Lance is an excellent plumber, going above and beyond helping to fix any problems. He's honest and hard working and I would recommend him to anyone.

Launce and his team are great! We have used the them a number of time now, there work has been perfect and have always sorted every problem we have had! I wouldn’t use anyone else, great friendly guys .

I have used lance many times before and have always had quick response and great work, he has just re done my whole bathroom, taking everything out and changed everything, have had it tiled, new plumbing,new radiators,new floor,and new lighting,this was all done in a fantastic time also, all rubbish was cleaned up daily and the staff were also very polite and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left, the end result was absolutely brilliant I'm soo pleased, and there is no doubt in my mind to recommend lance and his team to everyone, would never use anyone else. The job was to replace the leaking water supply pipe to a rental house. The price was fair. The job was done promptly and efficiently. The communication with the tenants was good and all necessary liaison undertaken with the water company. Recommended and will use KCS again.

After being unable to receive hot water and heating from my boiler, I contacted K.c.s. Home Ltd.
Within an hour of making my call a very professional gas safe engineer arrived at my home, before entering he was insistent on wearing shoe protectors so as not to soil my carpets, he then fixed the problem in no time at all and refused to take any payment because the problem was rectified quickly.

When in need of a urgent issue needing to be fixed, I can safely know that he will be there ASAP.

I used Lance to install a brand new hot water and central heating system and have used to him for the odd call out so both big and small jobs, Lance is always quick to respond in an emergency and I can always rely on him when needed, he’s extremely fair on costs and so trustworthy! Lance and Andy are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble (I had a lot of questions). Lance gave us a few options to resolve our problem. Once starting the work they were very clean workers and considerate to our family home. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

The job was: to remove a heated towel radiator and to supply and fit a new standard radiator. Lance visited first and listened carefully to my wishes.
Lance was careful with protecting my home by rolling back rugs and covering the stairs from inevitable mess.
The job was carried out with true professionalism. There literally was no tidying up for me to do.
Of course there was more to the job as the boiler and all radiators in the house had to be checked.
Lance is a very pleasant chap and seems to be very knowledgeable in his field.
