We called KCS at 4pm on a Friday and the engineer was there at 4.25pm…diagnosed the fault and came back to repair 10am on a Saturday. Job done. The service was amazing ! Thank you Lance and team.

Engineer arrived at agreed time along…
Engineer arrived at agreed time along with his apprentice. Both were polite, covered their shoes to protect my floors. Thoroughly checked boiler, smoke and gas detectors. Changed a battery in one. Although not part of service, even pumped up a tyre on my car so I could drive to the tyre garage at no charge!

Great Service
Called KCS to enquire about getting my daughter’s boiler serviced and to install a new thermostat. Lance fitted it in arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional. Job sorted, very happy with the service. Would 100% recommend this company. Thank you.

100% satisfaction
We have been using Lance and his team for many years. Never have we been dissatisfied.It is so reassuring to have a tradesman that is so competent in everything he does. Today Lance and Michael arrived on time as arranged. They carried out the work we required of them rerunning the pipework ready for our new bathroom design. As usual fast,efficient, and tidy with some good humour thrown in.

Great service in an emergency
We had water literally running down our stairs and flooding our house after a pipe burst in the loft whilst we were away. KCS home responded so swiftly and mended the pipe within the hour. We used them regarding a different issue and again they were very courteous and helpful responding quickly. On both occasions the charge was very reasonable so we did n’t feel we were being ripped off in an emergency situation. Thank you so much.
