I'm so glad that we went with Kennel…
I'm so glad that we went with Kennel Club. Our dog Loki ate something foreign and had to be rushed to the emergency vets for scans/xrays and ultimately an operation to remove it. He stayed over night twice and different vets then was referred to a daytime vets and subsequently our normal vet from there. Kennel Club have dealt with eveything and given me details informaion about all the claims, excess, deposits etc. Even checking in on Loki's wellbeing.

Was kept informed through out the claim.
Used the app to make my claim. All very straight forward with clear questions and the facility to upload documents such as vet bills and medical history. I was messaged and e mailed with updates of the claim at very stage. It was agreed and paid within a matter of days. Very professional service. Thank you.

I called to regarding my policy after my pet died. They were incredibly helpful and sincerely empathetic. The call handler anticipated my needs and provided additional information which was helpful to me. People and Pet focussed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can't believe how helpful the lady I…
I can't believe how helpful the lady I talked to was. She guided me through everything which took a while as I wasn't that good with computers. She was amazing and very patient with me. We got there in the end , without her help and knowledge I wouldn't have been able to put my claim in. Thank you so very much.

My beautiful minature snautzer puppy…
My beautiful minature snautzer puppy came kennel club registered with 6 weeks free insurance , unfortunately during this time she became terminally ill and had to be put to sleep ,it was a very upsetting time and the kennel club insurance paid just over half the vets bill which helped enormously, I thought there would be a catch as it was free but they were very sympathetic and payment was prompt.
