Absolutely amazed at the care and professionalism of Vetsure. All their call handlers are kind and patient. They had great compassion and understanding all the way through my claim. They were very supportive when my dear cat passed away too.

I had to make a difficult call after my cat passed away and Vanessa took my call. She was so kind, caring and compassionate and so supportive too. She didn’t rush the call but gave me all the time I needed. She told me to call any time and she would chat with me.

I cannot recommend Vetsure highly enough. Great service by a great company.

Communication was great, staff were polite and easy to understand explaining everything fully and answering my questions. The price was lower than my renewal which was the reason for moving insurers.
Obviously I haven't had to use the insurance yet as I have just taken it out so cannot comment on their service regarding that, but hopefully it would be as smooth as everything else has been.

Just purchased so can't comment on everything but information was given clearly and all my questions answered.
