Necessary Evil Bat Wing Collar and Punk Rave Vivienne Skirt:
This collar such a cool way of gothing up an outfit, it really gives something extra to the look in such an easy way. The leather effect fabric and the covered buttons are lovely. The Punk Rave Vivienne skirt is more true to size than a lot off their garments, wheras usually I have to size up for this brand. It has lovely muted colours, not too bright, cheap and brash, like some reds. I like the braces hanging down the sides, but they can be worn over shoulders. The uneven hemline and net under-hem give extra interest. Kates service is second to none, the delivery is free over 40 quid and only takes 3 days. Highly Recommended online retailer.

Excellent customer service. Order came quickly though under the circumstances of the website transitioning I ordered something showing in stock which wasn’t. This was swiftly refunded after an email exchange and I received a voucher code for the troubles.

I love Kate's clothing. I've been a customer on and off for about a decade and I have never had a problem with them. Orders are dispatched quickly, refunds are processed efficiently, returns are free and if there's ever a faulty item their customer service team are great at sorting you out. Plus the prices and sales are great! I shop here with absolute confidence. What more can you ask for?

Some of the bigger alternative companies around could learn a thing or two about customer service from Kate's Clothing. Having had repeated terrible experiences buying direct from Killstar for example, I will only buy Killstar items from Kate's Clothing from now on!

Kate's clothing seem to have an ever expanding array of choice of clothing and homeware from some of the top alternative brands around and have plenty of options for those of us on the other side of thirty ;). Not just a site for the teen market! Highly recommened!

i absolutely love kate's clothing they're definitely not a scam you can return items for free and they are really good quality.. and if you're not sure about the sizes the really lovely friendly girls from customer service will measure the items for you I love chatting to them..i will never ever say a bad word against kate's clothing or my girl's from customer service.. you will never get a better bargain Amazing prices..

I can't rate the team behind Kate's clothing highly enough. I have been ordering for years and altho not everything has been the perfect fit or looked right on me (weird body shape) they have been nothing short of awesome for returns and refunds as well as speedy, correct orders packaged responsibly. This isn't a huge big brand operation and for me that's perfect. UK seller, local designers, supporting a small business is mega important to me. Keep up the good work folks!

Good afternoon I ordered 2 items Las week july31 spend £92.53 and I didn't received my gift sticky notes and note book before I paid i follow the instruction I ad the gift 1 and they didn't send me so I contact customer service they told sorry but sound like I have to make a next order for send me the gift that's dont make sense a d not solution

I love kates clothing, I can't even count the amount of times I've ordered from them. They always have great sales on and their customer service is brilliant. Always quick to respond to emails, polite on the phone, really helpful. Plus they ship items out quick, have a free returns label you can print and will refund with no argument if the item isn't suitable. Will vve ordering from these for years to come

I've ordered from kates clothing a number of times and not once have I been anything less than satisfied. My first order was in 2013 for a prom dress, it arrived very fast. I didn't like the way it fit and was able to return it without any hassle whatsoever. Since then I've ordered countless items, all amazing quality, fast service and very transparent communication.

I bought a dress for my prom and I’m absolutely in love with it. It flatters my body perfectly and makes me feel really confident. Something that doesn’t occur often as I am not on the thin side. The delivery was extremely fast as I order it on the Tuesday and it came on Friday. Another thing that I loved was that I got some free sticky note because I spent over a certain amount; The sticky notes have a wonderful pun on them. I’m an absolute sucker for puns. :)

Kate's Clothing has a lot of brands and some amazing deals on them. They are also very friendly. I already ordered from them twice and I will continue to do so in the future.
