I’ve sent back my last few orders as the quality and sizing hasn’t been great. I ordered a shirt which arrived with the stitching already coming away and a dress that was way too short. It’s expensive with delivery and returns, I understand the need to pay but when items sent out aren’t good quality or accurate sizing, it’s really difficult to want to keep ordering. I doubt I’ll buy much going forward.

Highly recommend the dresses, designs are unique and always get loads of compliments. Quite flattering on women of any shape and size. They’re slowly becoming my number one choice of dresses but I also know they do other lovely swimwear as well, so might try that too. World class customer services as well which makes it even more special. Worth a try.

I love this brand and have since COVID. What Jo has built and stands for giving back to others is truly inspirational.
Everytime I wear a scamp and dude item I’m guaranteed to get a compliment. I feel so great in their clothes and the customer service is amazing!

I’d just like to say what a fabulous experience I’ve had with Debs from customer services over the last couple of days.

I’d ordered 2 dresses which arrived when I was away. Came home Sunday so opened my parcel, one dress perfect but the other wasn’t the dress I ordered and was a completely different dress. Debs was so helpful, sent me a link to return it and has arranged a replacement different dress as unfortunately my original dress is no longer in stock. I’ve now had notification that my new dress is on its way.

I have ordered several items over a period of a few weeks and so far have had to return on two occasions as the sizing is completely off. How can 3 pairs of shorts in the same style (supposed to be size 8) be different sizes. And another pair of shorts in another style come as a size 10-12 even though it's labelled as an 8.
It's unfair to have to pay almost £4 to receive an item and it's sizing be so unreliable that it has to be returned at the same cost..so in all I'm out of pocket almost £8 for the two times this has happened. Luckily I downsized on some tops because even at a size 6 they are huge..more like a 12. I doubt I will order again even though I like the products because it feels unreliable, unfair and a waste of money.

We bought some clothes from Scamp and Dude for my son and honestly, the quality and designs are amazing - really unique pieces you don't see anywhere else. He loves them.

We did run into a few sizing issues along the way, but the customer service more than made up for it. Debs in particular was absolutely brilliant - patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed in time for our holiday, which we really appreciated given the tight timing.

Can't recommend this team enough. We'll definitely be back!

Item very poor quality and not like the image on the website.
Paying both £3:95 for delivery and for a return is unreasonable.
I won't be purchasing from this website again

Very dissapointing fit and quality. Ordered two sizes, neither fit well. Difficult and inconvenient returns process

I ordered a t-shirt and it was quite nice. Since then I have received multiple emails every single day. I had three yesterday within a 5 hour window. I've had to unsubscribe. It's a shame because I think they are a nice company, I just can't stand the volume of unnecessary emails.

Bought a jacket thinking it would arrive in 48 hours in time for a holiday, but then found out it had yet to be dispatched and so contacted customer services.
Gosh they were good!
Got the item moving straight away and I received it the next day.
Jacket is lovely and I am really impressed with how they handled things.

Amazing experience at Scamp and Dude Brighton today. I found the perfect dress to wear to a Summer wedding, great quality and fit. The staff in store were so lovely and what really stood out was their support for local charity Team Domenica (local charity supporting those with learning disabilities/autism) by having one of their clients working alongside the shopfloor team - I really was so pleased to see this and wish more businesses would do the same.

I love scamp and dude products and have been buying them for years. Most recently I purchased in store a pair of jeans which I loved, I had been looking for a decent pair of jeans for sometime and there's were comfortable, flattering and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the jeans and the pocket stitching. I dealt with Debs at Scamp and Dude, I sent photos of the issue and Debs very quickly dealt with it offering me a refund or a replacement - I choose a replacement as they are a great pair of jeans. Really impressed with the speed and efficiency of how the matter was dealt with. Thank you!

I have shopped with Scamp and Dude once online. That was a wholly positive experience. What brings me to write this glowing review today is the exceptional level of customer service I received in the Brighton branch of the shop. Holly and Carly served me, and I’m not exaggerating when I say their kindness and attentive service made me well up. They made me feel valued, good about myself and helped me choose two beautiful, high quality dresses for a special event I have coming up. Thank you to them. It made my day!

Yesterday I visited the Marlow store with 3 friends . The ladies at the Marlow store are absolutely wonderful . So friendly , so helpful , all looking gorgeous too .
I was unwell later in the day and they helped me so much and were so kind and caring . I want to thank you all for your kindness and I can honestly say this is the best place to go . I am looking forward to my next visit already xxx thank you so much for making the day so special .

I had to contact customer services today regarding my delivery. I was very worried that it was not only missing but the contents were valuable. Holly couldn’t have been more reassuring and helpful with actioning the next steps instantly. By the time I had signed the paperwork and scanned it back to her, she was already setting up a repeat order for me, with the confirmation coming through whilst on the phone.
What phenomenal customer service support from an independent company with great ethics.
The clothes are beautifully designed and made with a point of difference from the big high street chains. The patterns and fabrics always get noticed along with the trademark lightening bolt. Undeniable quality and definitely worth the little bit extra.

I had a couple of issues with a recent order (have been ordering from S & D for a number of years & these are very rare). I contacted customer services & got a very prompt response -within a day, I received my missing items & was also advised on how to return an unexpected item to them (with no fee). Really impressed & very grateful to Debs at customer service for all of her help!

Absolutely wonderful experience in Marlow store. Cat and Gemma could not do enough for us. Such lovely, kind, helpful ladies. All stores should take a leaf out of the Scamp & Dude book, they went above and beyond. Both ladies deserve a big pay rise Jo!
