Amazing customer service as always with Kates and excellent products. I would rather buy through Kates as it’s a much more personal experience. Kate cares and is more than willing to help with any issue. Delivery was much quicker than I thought it would be. If I could rate more than 5 I would!! Highly recommended 🖤

I ordered two items from this company back in April. These items didn't arrive at the time and I contacted customer service, who immediately took quite a hostile attitude. They demanded I fill in a legal disclaimer to say I wasn't lying and the items had genuinely not arrived. I had no problem filling it in but it felt quite hostile from the start.

This led to a lot of back and forth emails with Kate's clothing claiming the items had been delivered (they had not been) and flat out refusing to refund me. It felt like daylight robbery.

Eventually my items turned up in August, four months after I placed my order! I promptly returned the items unopened using the company's official returns label. I waited and waited and waited...nothing. So 4 weeks after posting the return I email asking if they have my return and they claim they don't have it, so therefore cannot refund me. Frankly at this point I don't believe them.

What a palava and stress over two items worth less than £20. It's shocking they won't do the right thing and just refund me. I've been made to feel like a liar by this company who clearly have a problem with their logistics. It's a terrible way to treat a customer and I definitely won't be returning.

At every turn I have been ignored, dismissed and disbelieved. The fact remains that I paid Kate's Clothing for two items of clothing and now I have neither my items nor my money. Make of that what you will.

Always ship on time! I've been using Kate's Clothing for years now and trust them more than the bigger alternative companies. Great selection of items, great sales, always lots to choose from!

I've purchased from this site a couple of times now and it's fantastic, great selection of different alt brands and bloody fast delivery. Only thing I can say bad is the brand Punk Rave seems to run very small 😔. With killstar I buy a XL (uk14) and I've still got some room with Punk Rave a XL (which according to the website is a uk16) is uncomfortably tight and literally just fits. But that's Punk Rave's Fault not Kate's Clothing so 5 stars 😊

I love this! It's Killstar's usual excellent quality and the knit fabric is buttery soft. I didn't realise the sleeves are in a knit rib fabric (I should have looked at the images more closely) but that only adds to the unique look of the garment. Being 5'3", the cardigan reaches to the floor and then some, but I just tie a loose knot in each of the front ends and it's fine.

My favourite place to buy clothes online. I've used the website in its various forms since about 2009, and it's always been a pleasure from start to finish. Great quality clothes, fantastic offers and amazing customer service.

On the rare occasion I've had to send something back, customer services have been quick to deal with and made it easy. 100% recommended from me.

I ordered some directions hair dye from Kate’s clothing to be sent to the Netherlands, as it turned out much cheaper to buy if from them and have it sent here. It usually costs me about €10 per tub and it’s only I think £2.99 on Kate’s clothing which is the price I used to pay when I lived in England.
The package came quickly and well packaged, nice and safe nothing broken.
