Woeful aftercare for a leading manufacturer
The products themselves are excellent — the quality is genuinely impressive and I have no complaints there. But the customer service experience that followed my order was, frankly, embarrassing for a manufacturer at this level.
Three wall brackets were missing from my shower order — not optional extras, but parts my builders needed to complete the installation. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I contacted Just Taps 15 times before receiving any meaningful confirmation that the correct parts were being sent. Fifteen times.
Along the way I was offered chrome brackets as a substitute (not the finish I ordered), promised next day delivery that was not next day delivery, and given a tracking number only for it to make clear the delivery would not arrive when I had been told. I even offered to pay extra to guarantee a faster delivery — having already spent over £2,000 with this brand — and I still don't have a straight answer or my missing parts.
Every contact has been met with excuses rather than solutions. A missing component becomes a serious problem when builders are on site in the middle of a heatwave, time is money, and the company responsible cannot get its act together.
Beautiful products. Woeful aftercare. I will not be shopping with Just Taps again.
