I ordered a JTP product through TapnShower over two months ago, and unfortunately I still haven’t received it. Throughout this time, TapnShower have repeatedly blamed the manufacturer (JTP), first saying the valve was damaged, then later claiming it was lost in transit. Despite all these explanations, I’ve had no product, no replacement, and no meaningful progress.

What’s been most frustrating is the lack of ownership or urgency from TapnShower. As the retailer, I expected them to manage the issue and ensure I received what I paid for, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clear resolution.

I can’t comment on the quality of the JTP product itself because it never arrived, but based on my experience with TapnShower’s handling of this order, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again

Vivek is providing us a replacement nozzle for our wonderful kitchen tap at no cost (even though the damage to the original was out fault) - and this was something we bought through Tap Warehouse in 2020! Fantastic customer support from TW and JTP and very much appreciated. Steve

Vivek at Just Taps provided great after sales service. I was trying to find spare parts for a set of Just Taps controls which were missing a lever and some grub screws. He replied quickly to my email, sent me diagrams showing the numbered spare parts, helped me on the phone to identify the parts and sent them to me by the next working day, free of charge. I would definitely recommend Vivek and Just Taps.

I have renovated my bathroom using all their taps/electric items etc. and I am very disappointed of the quality. Although, their product was recommended by design company BathroomByDesign - which is another horrible design company who mis sold many items and guided me wrong and recommended product like JTP which quality is pretty bad compare to price. When you don't get what you paid for that makes them rubbish and if you were dealing with people and they don't care because of xyz company policies they are devil. In summary, do not use their product you will regret of quality.

Just Taps customer service (special thank you to Vivek!) have been extremely helpful in assisting me with sourcing a part I needed. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend using this company

We fitted several JTP taps a few years ago, one of which was the single lever pull out sink mixer. Recently we started seeing tiny black particles in the water, which I narrowed it down to the pull down hose. Apparently the neoprene liner inside had begun to break down, letting bits of rubber through. I emailed JTP’s technical team and, after a bit of email back-and-forth, they agreed to ship me a new hose free of charge despite the hose being outside the warranty period. They also sent instructions to swap the faulty hose, which was an easy job.

I have purchased several items from this company/manufacturer via a third party site for a big refurbishment job 13 months ago, had everything installed with the second fix in March 2022, one of these item broke after just 8 months of using it. I have contacted the third party seller who asked the manufacturer which said because it’s over one year they the warranty has expired. The item itself was about £300. The manufacturer’s motto is ‘quality is everything’, well, it isn’t! Comes without saying that I won’t be using their products again and I will advise my clients of the same when choosing bathroom fittings.
