Just poles processed my orders speedily ad delivery is always on time. Goods are very good quality.

Items not delivered. Long wait with emails not being replied to. Then wrong items delivered and no response to any email. Still waiting for two curtain brackets. Will not be using this site again.

The pole I ordered arrived very quickly and was exactly what I was expecting.

Super speedy delivery and good value for money. Ordered a brushed steel curtain pole that is really a gunmetal colour but still works well with our decor but a colour check advisable if you're trying to match other areas.

You were the only website that offered the full range of extra accessories for the Silent Gliss rail which we ordered.
When I had to phone you regarding delivery you were most helpful.
When it became necessary to arrange a specific time for delivery you were again very accommodating & efficient. The rail was delivered by Tufnells, well packed, in good order & at exactly the time stated. Very refreshing after our experiences with other deliveries !
My only criticism would be that the order status on your website was not updated promptly........hence my phone calls.

Website easy to use and could get everything I needed

The poles, packaging and speedy delivery were without fault ............ my only difficulty came when I looked at the brackets and found that I could have done with dimensions beforehand ! : no major problem, but a sketch of mounting screw positions and pole to wall distance would be useful !

A very fast delivery, well packed. Will recommend. Delivery in highlands, a bit more expensive but at least they deliver here with no hidden cost surprises.
Should take more advantage of the same price for special service delivery with Royal Mail fro items up to 2kg rather than opt for first class only! I realised they had a tool I needed and forgot to add to original order which meant that although the tool was £5 I would have to pay courier prices of £7.50 + £17.50 for highland delivery as it was too big for large letter option.
But would highly recommend. They provide enough variety and had no issues at all.

Blinds were ok but took longer than expected for delivery then there was one missing I then had to ring them and they didnt seem to know anything about it said it would be delivery a week later, I then rang on the day it was supposed to be delivered and it hadnt been done so had to wait another week for delivery.

Fab, quick and effecient

Company was good to deal with on the phone but their warehouse let them down as there were essential parts missing from my order - the warehouse claimed everything was in the package for the courier. The courier delivered the package which was undamaged and not open so I guess I was being blamed although I do not know why. In the end, after a few calls I managed to get them to send out the missing parts as the rest of the order would have been useless to me. Somewhat disapppointed. Clearly the warehouse had not bothered to check the order.

Poor because they ignored my instructions about the delivery date and failed to reply to a message about the incorrect delivery date. Will not use again and will tell my friends to not use them.

Took to long to deliver

I ordered an oak curtain pole which when delivered was as good quality as I expected. The fittings were also complete. The only problem I had was that it took longer than expected to arrive. When I chased it up, it turned out it had been dispatched but was 'lost' in transit. Just Poles immediately sent out a replacement and kept me informed of the timeframe for the new delivery. I couldn't have asked for more, so well done!

I have made 2 orders to Just Poles in the last month. The web site was a bit iffy as the search function did not seem to recognize the specific poles I was looking for and I had to trawl the site to find them - twice. After that the process worked pretty well up to the point where payment was taken. At that point the process and the web site tracking page froze. For both orders I had to ring or e mail to find out what was happening. For the first order, the poles had been despatched but the website tracking page had not been updated. They arrived the day I made my 'where's my stuff ' query. For the second order the same information freeze happened but when I called it seems the poles had been sent to the wrong place and no one had noticed. After my call they were found, despatched and I got them next day. In summary, a good e trader with some irritating gaps in their order handling system.

We needed 2 new brackets for our curtain pole. I found Just Sew on a search and wash able to easily find the right one. I ordered them late Thursday evening and they arrived in the post on Monday morning. Couldn't fault The service.
