Did some YouTube research on rebounders and then went to your website to investigate. Easy to use. Questions were answered process was simple.

Pulled out the manual for the JumpSport 44" model. It was the one with the three pieces for the round frame. The written instructions I think are four years old. The instructions for lining up the mat, are different because the logo on the mat is now different. I couldn't see the configuration on the loop mechanism for the first thing you have to do with the bungee.

Now, there was a QR code, so I loaded that up. That video was also four years old. And the bungee's were attached, so it was a different coming out of the box experience.

It took us (two of us) one hour and a half to put the JumpSport Trampoline 44 incher together. That was also with the skinny handlebar.

The instructions for the handle bar is a instructions for all handlebars, whether they are the snap on one's, or the replacement in the frame one. So you had to read the instructions very very carefully.

The video for the handlebar, I searched on the JumpSport YouTube site and found.

My husband and I got a great hand workout, due to stretching those bungee's!

The gentleman in the video, explained very well, and I noticed he had on the back of his shirt, "Bouncer". We both laughed about that.

I want one of those shirts now!

Then immediately I started bouncing, and comparing it to my 39" JumpSport.

I have my 44" JumpSport set up in my studio where I teach yoga and tai chi. I hope to do some JumpSport "Mat Pilates" on the bigger one, plus lots of Earth and Owl rebounder videos.

I have talked to several individuals and all have been helpful. I thought 4 knots meant four knots on each side, but that was totally incorrect. There are only two knots on each side of the bungee cords. Actually, I didn’t feel the video replacing the cords were very helpful but have figured out how to replace and only have 20 left to do.

I received the replacement caps for my Jump Sport Pro Legs quickly and as ordered. I am pleased with the response.

It initially was good. Easy to put together till we came to the balance bar. I’ve already filled out a form with the company requesting a new balance bar leg (white) because I was unable to unscrew one of the large side knobs to level the balance bar at the correct high to be able to use it. My husband also tried to unscrew it and it won’t move. The customer service person named Johnny said the screw must have be stripped if it won’t release to adjust. I am still waiting to hear back from the company. I said I saved my box so I can return the inoperable leg. But he couldn’t just send another one out. So I don’t know how long I will have to wait for someone to respond. So it’s very disappointing as I looked forward to using it…

I absolutely adore my new Jumpsport Pro 44”! I got the Inspire ( lavender-ish frame with purple bungees). It’s beautiful and feminine. I’ve gotten my husband and daughter and even nana into rebounding. This was a night and day difference from my first cheap rebounder from Amazon. It’s so worth it!

I love my JumpSport! But I can't wait until you get the quick release bar in stock. I'm 66 and just started rebounding a couple of months ago.
