I dithered over the color. Bought the one with rainbow bungee cords, and it looks so nice in my apartment. I've already lost the allen wrench after the very easy installation of the legs. Dang! The whole thing feels sturdy and I've been using it every day, 3 minutes three times a day. It's nice to be able to get up and jump, to get moving.

The product itself seems fine. It came with no instructions for attaching the legs, there was not an allen/hex wrench included to put it together. I had to do several internet searches to find recent instructions that work with the newer model I purchased

I purchased the plyofit pro on April 28th. I received most of the items on May 2nd. The ball arrived on May 4th.

I contacted Jumpsport through the chat system on the 4th & shared images of what was included & asked for verification of what is missing. (I had identified that I only have 1 short & 1 long connection piece to connect the rebounder to the plyofit pro & the dvd.)

I was told I would receive confirmation on what is missing & what I'd be receiving. I haven't received an update. I would appreciatevan update.

Order and delivery of my new mat and bungees was great. Easy upgrade to my old rebounder at a nice cost savings. I can’t believe the difference it has made to my workouts! I added the dark green bungees for a fun twist!

I just discovered rebounding in early March and am addicted! I have 3 jumpsport trampolines, a cellerciser and a bcan. Jumpsport is by far my favorite.

I love my Jumpsport 350 Pro and have been using it daily, multiple times a day! A big shoutout to Michelle Briehler on YouTube as being my inspiration to add rebounding to my fitness routine. The rebounder was super easy to set up and is a high quality rebounder. Delivery was on time.

After I sent an email requesting an item that was out of stock, I promptly received a reply about the approximate refill date. Then a day or two later I received a phone call offering to set me up with that item after they received a limited supply. I am very happy with the response times.

I love my new Jumpsport. It arrived just a few days after I placed the order. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address.

My JumpSport arrived quickly after my purchase - it got delivered at 5am by UPS and my dogs all lost their minds when it got dropped off at my front door, so, my only option? Get out of bed, unpack my brand new bright orange rebounder and get jumping!!! I love love love it! What an amazing upgrade from my BCan (which was a great beginner piece of equipment) but now I understand why everyone says the JumpSport is worth every penny! I'm super happy with my purchase and have been on it every day since it arrived! VERY HAPPY!! :-)

I called to talk to the company on what would be a good choice for me and they were very helpful. I am very happy with my choice. I was recently diagnosed with afib so I am taking it easy. I looked it up and line and this was recommended as a good choice. I am 73 yrs old

Spent $600 on one of these rebounders it arrived and two of the elastics were not knotted properly and no matter what I did wouldn’t stay attached I never felt safe on it. I had really little kids at the time and never had time to do anything about it.finally one day recently I had the idea to write to the company. They told me I had to spend another $200 on brand new elastics. Ugh.
