My rebounder was received very quickly and in perfect condition. All I had to do was screw on the legs. I upgraded from an old spring rebounder and there is no comparison. It is so much more comfortable jumping on the JumpSport. I’m thrilled I invested in this for myself. I feel like it is something I can do most days. I’m looking forward to seeing results! :)

My rebounder was well packed and arrived in time and with no damage. The quality looks good and it was easy to set up. I’m just getting started and don’t have anything to compare it to. My only reason for four stars is that the handle bars have been out of stock and I’ll have to wait to do more challenging training on mine until I can get the handle bars have for safety reasons.

I love my new 44" Jumpsport Pro! So worth the investment. I am relatively new to rebounding so the first rebounder I bought cost 1/2 as much, and was good for a newbie. As I progressed I found the old one was too large and soft and I could not keep up with the workouts. So I'm handing that one off to another newbie and loving this new rebounder! I am on beat (most} all the time now and loving it!

Easy set up. I also purchased JumpSport bar from amazon. Set up instructions for the bar is not very clear and the JumpSport video on YouTube is for the quick release 39 inch, not the 44 inch that I have

Absolutely LOVE my rebounder! Had one issue but Michelle solved the problem so I’m ready to continue my jumping journey. It’s so sturdy and well-made I know I’ll have years of use with it. Can’t wait to get the safety bar for it once they’re in. Very glad I chose JumpSport!

I LOVE this rebounder so much. I mean the price is kinda steep, and that stinks. I bought my phone for the same price. But I still really wanted a better rebounder and Nikki from Earth and Owl is the reason I decided to just fork out the money. Investment for my health. The 44” is way better than any size IMO. Quality is good and I was happy it got here in two days.

I ordered the 39” JumpSport 350 Premier rebounder (soft to firm) in early April. It arrived within a week. I only had to install the legs, all bungee cords were already installed on the rebounder in the soft setting. After using it for a week, I decided to order the Quick release 39” handle bar. I am a 72 year old woman and wanted the stability of the handle bar if needing it. It had been on back order, so I called JumpSport sales and spoke to Cindy to find out when they would be back in stock. She was very nice and helpful. I told her the bounce felt a little too soft, so she suggested I change two bungee cords to firm setting. I did so by changing just one side of the cord at the 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock position. A week later I did the same at the 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock position and that firmed up the mat just enough for me to have a firmer bounce and stability while rebounding. Cindy contacted me when a small number of quick release handle bars came in, so I could order one. I appreciated that so much! I feel safer using the rebounder with the handle bar. It took me about 15 minutes to put the handle bar together and install it to the rebounder. Others could probably install it quicker than me. Since using the rebounder, I have lost 5 lbs! It has also helped me with my balance and I sleep better at night. I am so happy with my rebounder and use it at least 5 days a week.

I ordered on a Saturday evening and, from CALI to NEBR, packaged well, it arrived the following Friday. Had minimal issues attaching the legs. I just needed to change the angle of the allen wrench and put a little more muscle into it to finish tightening well. I’m totally out of shape (56F) and have issues with my left knee so have been doing the “health bounce” at least once a day for 3 to 4 minutes at a time and WOW - just from that little bit I’m feeling muscles that for so long, I’ve neglected - it’s GREAT!! It’s super quiet, comfortable, sturdy, and easy to pick up and set out of the way against a wall (where I can see it every time I walk past). I think I’ve found my new best friend and look forward to working up to more advanced sessions!!

Customer service was excellent as I had a lot of questions before purchasing and they were answered quickly and completely. Easy to order, received in a week with no issues. My only reason for taking off a star is that I received the email to review the product the day I received it. You need to give people a good month. Other than that, everything was great!

First of all, I watched LOTS of reviews and came across Earth & Owl. This site did an excellent job at comparing rebounders and that is how I chose JumpSport pro 39”. It was delivered the end of April. I finally took it out of the box and used it with the Earth & Owl beginners videos. I was nervous about using it because I had both my hips replaced in my late 40’s. Wow, to my surprise, I love it! It feels so good to rebound on my joints. I wish I had opened the box sooner. This rebounder is sturdy, well made and has 3 tension settings. After my first time rebounding yesterday, I can’t wait to get on it again today! Here’s hoping to staying motivated and becoming a ProSport and Earth & Owl rebounder for life!
