Love my new rebounder.

Order was sent correct and was delivered as scheduled.

Fast shipping, packed nicely and the product seems very high quality. If you're considering buying a mini trampoline/rebounder really watch reviews regarding the firmness. Some of the cheaper rebounders people will say feels like you're jumping on concrete. This is the first and only rebounder I have purchased but I can say that the bounce on this is soft. It feels stretchy and squishy in some way. I got the essential version which I believe is softer bounce than some of the other Jumpsport, but I really love it. It's fun to just stand and do the health bounce or just simple light bouncing while I'm watching some television. It's really enjoyable and doesn't feel tough on my joints at all. im happy with the purchase.

I placed an order on May 10, 2026. As of today, 5/29, I am still waiting for a shipment confirmation. I have emailed 2 x to find out why the delay with no satisfactory response. So going to the website today, I got on a chat and was informed that the rebounder had been shipped as of 5/26, even though this information had not been updated on the JumpSport website. Hoping that if/when the rebounder arrives I can update with a better review.

Customer service was really great. I got the support bar for my trampoline that I purchased 4 months ago. I really love it. It was easy to put on and it gives me support that I need. And it's good quality as well as the jumpsport trampoline 39-in pro.

I purchased the 39” JumpSport Pro 350 a few weeks ago. At the time the handlebar was out of stock. After watching lots of videos and thinking about my age and long term use of my rebounder I decided to order the quick release handlebar when it became available. Ordering was quick and easy. Free shipping is always appreciated. Fast delivery and easy assembly-even with my arthritic hands. ha! It’s a very comfortable and sturdy handlebar. It’s there if I need it, but doesn’t get in the way when I don’t.

Website is easy to use, and communication on shipping progress was excellent. I had a coupon that somehow didn’t apply at checkout and when I contacted via email, JumpSport quickly credited me the coupon. Great company!!

I received my 44 inch JumpSport Pro 550. I am so pleased with the increased jump surface and the firm Bungees. I'm looking forward to working out on this Rebounder.

I like the frame that is steel , very strong. The mat high quality.

Website is easy to maneuver. The description of the rebounders is good. Lots of variety. Referred by Earth &Owl and Nikkis confidence in Jumpsport. Have not received it yet, so can't review on the product or how easy or hard to set up it will be. Looking forward to getting it soon.

Even though the box was broken in spots the trampoline was still in the plastic and arrived safely

I recently purchased the weighted bar from JumpSport, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality it’s well-made compared to cheaper brands I’ve tried in the past. You can tell the company focuses on safety, durability, and long-term performance rather than just selling a basic product. I purchased a rebounder from them 4 or 5 yrs ago, and I use it frequently. It’s still in great condition. I highly recommend JumpSport.
