This was an incredibly stressful experience from start to finish. We strongly recommend allow extra time as location is not very close to airport. The 'car park' (it's a field) is in Denham, which is... Leggi di più

I really like jumbo parking, I use them every time I fly from Heathrow, the price is so reasonable and the transfers have been smooth. Kindly waited patiently for me when my flight was a bit late so I... Leggi di più
Great location outside of the ULEZ. Ferried to my chosen terminal then picked up at the end of the trip. What's not to like. And without beating around the bush, considerably less expensive than parki... Leggi di più
Good location, good service, friendly staff. Allow extra time as location is not very close to airport. Only issue i have is the uncomfortable seats in the shuttle bus. Other than that, great service

Excellent carpark and service
Totally my fault for leaving things a little last m in Ute but tbh the cost and service included by Jumbo parking was amazing, well worth the money and will definitely use again and refer my family and friends there way in the future

Friendly people, good experience
Nice people, did what they said they’d do. Dropped us and collected us pretty quickly, car was well looked after. The operation is a little ramshackle, but in quite a charming way!

Stress free service
We received calls from the guys at Jumbo parking to make sure we were heading in the right direction, we had missed the turning so this was a great help. We were dropped at the airport in plenty of time and given instructions on what to do on our return. We were met at the airport on our return after the driver called us to advise us on the meeting spot. They brought the car back to us. The whole experience was stress free.

Good value
We booked this in an emergency and we're impressed with the price. Maybe we didn't read everything as we were not expecting a further cost of £14 when we arrived to cover the drop off and pick up costs at the airport.
Would however definitely recommend these guys and would use them again.

The price was so reasonable compared to other parking near an airport.
Two things.... trying to find it was a bit of a nightmare as its where a night club was. Maybe needs better sign posting instead of the night club one.
The other was the vans used to drop you off and pick you up, not comfortable or much leg room.
Other than that, if I ever need to fly from Heathrow again I would definitely use Jumbo parking again
Would be great if you had the same near Luton airport 😊

Avoid
Avoid. Communication is really bad. It felt like I have to beg them to pick us up. The person on the phone was very rude.

Good Service
Apart from a long delay getting taken to the airport, which I had given myself plenty of time, the rest was excellent. Pick up was reasonable quick and simple.

The whole experience was great from when we dropped the car off to getting dropped back at Jumbo Parking
The only quibble I have is when we got picked up at the pick up point there was alot of vehicle's so we did know which one was ours, if they supplied vehicle reg then we would have to wait 10 minutes to find the vehicle

Beware!!!
We were told on booking to go to Level4 shortstay in T2 at Heathrow on our return journey and they would pick us up there. We rang them whilst reclaiming luggage to be told to go to get a shuttle bus to Longstay Terminal,2!.We did this which is quite stressful when you don't know where you're going and you have just had a 14hour flight. .When we got there(which took a good 20min), after numerous calls asking where they were, we eventually got picked up after a good hour to be told then we had to go to Terminal 4 to pick another family up. When we were calling them it was always we are 5 mins away which obviously was not true. The minivan has seen better days, is dirty and couldn't get the seat belt to work.
Our car was still in compound when we eventually got there. All in all a very traumatic time. Obviously it is cheaper than most , but I would think twice before using them

Amazing staff at a budget price.
The staff were simply amazing and helpful.
The return bus had very tight seating or it would have been 5*. For the price paid absolutely no complaints.
