Yes this is a good company to deal with .
I ordered two cardigans as I didn’t know which size I wanted . They arrived promptly. It was a bit tricky to return the one I didn’t need - I found the procedure impossible . So I posted it and the company and I sorted the postage out between us . They do answer the phone too when you call them.
The item ( Brighton jumper ) is of excellent quality .

I discovered the brand Jovonna before the lockdown and I really liked their designs. I was happy to find out that I could purchase their items online, and they were even offering a free face mask. I even shared the brand with other people in my network, who went on to buy the goods. However, my opinion of the brand changed when I met the owner and designer. She was quite rude and abrupt in her tone, and it felt personal. Unbeknownst to her, I was a regular customer at another branch she did not visit. The salespeople there knew me well and were aware that I spent a lot of money. They once even closed the store to give me extra time to try on items and make purchases.

After speaking with a sales assistant, I learned that I had an unpleasant encounter with the owner. It seems that her behaviour was typical, and there was an attitude of mocking customers and a toxic environment for the staff. I made the decision to boycott the brand and not spend my money supporting a brand.

Love love my new trench coat. The stripped lining it’s so beautiful and the fit is perfect.

Excellence purchasing experience. It was my second time and everything went great! Fast delivery in Europe country, amazing famine shapes. Absolutely recommend.

I likes the product so much.
However, and since it was my first purchase from the brand. I did my best to take my correct measurements, but the product was being soooo big for me. What i disliked was the fact that you only offer express delivery, where I ended up returning the product and you deducted the express shipping for the refund from the total amount.. :(

I discovered Jovonna when I visited London in March. I was amazed by the originality of the clothing, not only original, but good quality for a reasonable price. Once at home I took a look at the website and made my first order, the chat function is a good help when you struggle with size :)

Excellent service. So happy with my coat and the quality is very good. The item arrived in lovely packaging and very quick delivery times from original order being placed. Very happy to recommend.
