Scammer, false advertising ur £10 mystery bags ur opening a bigger bag advertising it as a £10 bag, received a pair of bottoms, ordered size large and received a 6 mayb 4!!

Ordered close on a month ago. No update, no response to queries. After seeing terrible reviews I asked for a refund and have been ignored. Avoid. Should have looked here first.

Delivery was very quick, but the content was awful, £10 for patterned baggy trousers, cheap material and threads of cotton hanging off all the seams, cheap rubbish, I would never order again, please stay clear off this ridiculous lucky bag

Where do I start.. Firstly I ordered it states 3-5 working days for delivery.. Well thats a joke 2 weeks later it arrived. (JYY LONDON said due to the heat delivery drivers was not taking parcels) Then clothes were to big (way to big) so I emailed for a returns label 5 emails later still no response.. Would I order again hell not.. Ive lost my hard working money to a scamming company DO NOT BUY... Ive emailed trading standards for advice because it seems the company is just taking peoples money and not keeping to sellers guidelines.

What a load of crap. Katie Price makes out that in a £10 lucky bag you receive three items. I have always been quite a big fan of hers so I believed her and ordered one. How disappointing, I received one pair of wide leg trousers that I could have bought on a market for a fiver or less. Poor quality and just crap. So disappointed. If I could have given zero stars then I would.

This is a scam.i got one item.?I would have kept my £15 and bought what I wanted ,not just one item i dont want the item I got i would not have paid £15for making out yiu get more than one iten.Katie price should be ashamed

Waiting for a refund after purchasing a £10 lucky bag. No response from company. I ordered it as I saw Katie Price undoing a £10 lucky bag with about three different outfits in it tops and bottoms I purchased it got one pair of trousers which were tacky false advertising. It’s terrible and the company is not responding to my emails. I will take it further to my bank to force a refund.

Bought 2 of the lucky dip bags after watching unpacking videos online and I’m so disappointed!! I got a pair of shorts and ugly trousers. Both look like they’re from a typical market stall in the depths of India. Poorly made and definitely not with the ‘£15’ item they declare. Save your money or be disappointed.

Avoid total scam... false advertising. Do not part with your money.

If I could give zero i definitely would. Made to believe you get 3 items and you only get one, a crap pair of awful trousers that aren't even the right size. I advise not to order from here

Have been very miss led delivery was good and quick but when you watch Katie open hers she is saying you could get all this in your bag and I got a tiny bag with a pair of trousers which to be honest the quality is rubbish and could of probably got more for my money on Shein also it was £5 delivery which is half the price of the item not impressed

Doesn’t matter how many emails you send you don’t get a reply. The tracking number isn’t found. Don’t waste your money.

Never ever spend money in this company!!! I would give -5 stars if I could!
A couple of months ago I ordered 4 lucky dip bags! £11 bags. Thinking at least something decent in each one. What I got was horrendous! 4 pairs of trousers, I summer pair like zebra print, you could live with those at a push! And 3 pairs of exactly the same trousers in different colors. All 3 sizes too big! Bare in mind I gave sizes as requested. between the price of the bags, the currency exchange into Euro, was way too much for what I would deem as trash! Temu and shein have better stuff! To add insult to injury I was charged with a customs charge, total price was over €70!!!!!! I emailed them at least twice, to which I got a generic response of being in touch soon! This company should be sued for false advertising! I trusted this company due to Katie backing it, but she should beware of people thinking she's scamming!!!! Avoid this place completely!! Keep your money!!!!!

Tack tack tack! Misleading videos, from KP, quality is well below Shein , awful value for money and won’t be wearing any of it. 3 tacky items for £25. Do not bother

The Katie price promoting the £10 lucky dip bag. You don't get all of them clothes. It's scamming people into believing she's opening the £10 pound one. Which she is not, it's one that costs £25. I bet you have got so many people falling for that, which I have just realised that you are fausly advertising the wrong one with £10 above! Scammers! I got one pair of trousers and they aren't even the size I selected. So I've wasted 15 quid, absolutely fuming!!!! Never again!!!

Awful products and customer service

Ordered a set of- it arrived after over a week- nothing like it was described as on their website- cheap thin material - virtually translucent , a bit like wearing cling film I would imagine and the trousers seams hanging off like a bowl of spaghetti.

When they eventually responded to my email about the condition of their clothing - no apology for the state of it and then selling faulty items- so I returned it via their free postage label - still no refund after 3 weeks - so I wait again and again for a response !! Then to be told refund had been issued - and see it’s down £5 which they took off for delivery.

Bear in mind the item was faulty , to then take money from me !! Yet no response, as you can imagine and now nearly two months since I first contacted them.

Wear a bin bag or cling film better quality and you wont loose a fiver in the process! Or read their other reviews …. Says it ALL

The dress arrived really quickly and looks absolutely lovely on, better than the pictures, im so pleased with it. Great customer service from JYY.
