just wanted to thank jovonna for their service thus far ... I received my moda coat and i absolutely love the quality ... usually my 5ft stature would drown me in coats that don't have a particular fitting or cut but this is so chic and looks great ...
As a first time customer the main reason I processed to purchase was from the prompt responses I received on Instagram and the amount of actual customer videos and pictures on their Instagram feed

Customer service needs huge improvement
Clothes are generally nice!
Sizing, fit not great and really inconsistent across items.
Customer service / response time and return process is horrendous! I’ve had to correct the credit note I’ve received 4 times already as it was either put through with the wrong date, or postage was taken off twice!

Dodgy Brand - Worst Shopping Exprience
I had one of the worst shopping experiences with this brand. I will never shop from them again.
There are so many things wrong with this brand; here are some of them:
1. The quality of the clothes close up (in store) is much lower than the images presented on the website. They mimic the desinger brands without attention to details. The cut is totally off. They use cheap synthetic materials (pay attention to material descripton when buying online). You can only see this in person. The clothes quality is on par with some of the cheap high street bands. However, they charge much more than the typical high street brands.
2. There is no customer service number. They simply hide behind an email adress. The cusomer service emails are signed off by a name called "Holly". I think Holly is a AI/robot because all the emails are one line and robotic.
3. The online and instore functions completely separatley.You cannot return an online order in store or use your credit from an online return in store. Once you spend your money it is really hard to get a refund.
4. Return process is tricky.
This is a small brand which I decided to give a chance to and purchase from. They might be selling now beacuse of a hype /advertisement created by social media influencers. Howevere, this brand will disappear soon. The clothes are simply too expensive for the quality they have and customer service is terrible.
