Joveen has gone above and beyond twice now! I places an order and a I used the live chat for suggestions, I do love a recommendation! Placed my order and there was a little box where you can write something. Left a message and twice now I e been sent samples for other products first time so many sachets I was so grateful! Second time bottles and sachets! Woke up so happy but this has had me so chuffed! Thank you Joveen! And your amazing team of workers! So rare to find a company that cares about the customers having a good experience! And delivery was so fast I could pick my date through the Royal Mail system so no need for polava wondering where my parcel was! It was at my door and in my hands within two three days! 💎

Great customer service
I had an issue with an incorrect product on my delivery. I contacted Customer Care at Joveen and my issue was resolved very promptly by Susan who sent out the correct item which was received within 3 days. Very reassuring to know that great customer service is taken seriously.

I had such a great experience shopping…
I had such a great experience shopping with JOVEEN. Customer service was actually surprisingly delightful for once a company that was pleasant. The lady who works for the company went above and beyond to introduce me to new products from the brand I am interested in. I was overwhelmed when my delivery arrived with a lovely extra printed email from the lady saying welcome, thank you for shopping with us and here is the request of product samples which they don’t usually just send. It was very much a welcoming grateful reply and plentiful with samples to introduce me to other products from the brand I love. A company that actually goes above and beyond will always be one I’m so grateful for so thank you for not just talking my money and for actually providing a delightful shopping experience.

My parcel went missing, the customer service did not help, they just sent email saying my parcel has been delivered...

We sent an email on the 6th of September with the tracking number and a photograph of the package that was delivered to your address. In your reply, you mentioned, "You can see the picture of the parcel which was delivered to the ground floor."
According to our records and the tracking information from Royal Mail, the parcel was marked as delivered to your address on the 31st of August, with an image showing your front door as evidence.
However, we want to ensure that you receive your order and will assist in investigating the issue further.
Could you kindly do the following to help us resolve this matter?
Check with others at your location: Sometimes parcels are received by a neighbor, building reception, or another member of your household.
Look in common delivery areas: Please check if the parcel has been left in an unexpected location, such as a mailbox, porch, or side door.

Have been trying for a couple of days…
Have been trying for a couple of days to contact you, your phone number just cuts off and so far no reply to any emails or Facebook message, no sign of my order yet sadly.
Took a week before any reply finally got my order, probably won’t use again and phone number still doesn’t work!
I’m afraid the number on your website just rings then cuts you off, and I only had any contact from you after a week of trying to get in touch with you myself regarding my order, but thank you anyway.
