Great experience! Order arrived really quickly and well packaged, one product had leaked (no fault of Joveen, it was just a faulty bottle) and I received a replacement in the mail only a couple of days later. Great customer service! Will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Very poor customer service
Edit to review. My order was placed on Sunday during Easter Bank Holiday weekend. So understandably I was happy to accept a delay in processing my order. This was explained once Customer Services replied to my trust pilot review. Once they responded I did receive my item in a very timely manner. I explained my concerns were due to their communication channels being invalid and so I could not confirm my order. When you order from a company for the first time it is worrying if you dont get a confirmation email and none of their telephone numbers, emails or WhatsApp are working. Expecially when spending a large amount of money. So hopefully this has been rectified. Now I know I can trust this website I would feel confident to order again and was happy with the service once contact was made.
So far the customer service has been poor. I placed an order and didnt receive a confirmation email as I totally would with other online companies. I tried to enquire on their chatbot service. No reply. I sent and email. No reply. I called the number on the website. Number is not valid. I clicked the WhatsApp button on the website but doesnt work. What next? The money has gone but nothing to to say order has been placed or when it will be delivered. There is no way to contact anyone at the company.

Your order was placed on Easter Monday, when courier services and some support channels were limited due to the UK bank holiday. Unfortunately, we also experienced a temporary system issue which affected order confirmations and our chatbot responsiveness during this period. This has now been fully resolved, and measures have been put in place to ensure it does not happen again.
I’m pleased to confirm that your order was processed the following working day, dispatched promptly, and successfully delivered to the correct address within 24 hours.
We completely understand how frustrating the lack of communication must have felt, and we sincerely apologise for this experience, as it does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
We’re grateful that this was resolved, and as discussed, we would really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review to reflect the final outcome.

Great customer experience. They didn't have the size I ordered but were quick to email and explain this and give me options.
Then they kept me informed of when they were coming into stock and when they were being delivered.
