Smooth process

The process was straightforward, and I felt well looked after. Staff kept me informed throughout, so I always knew what was happening. It was an easy experience with clear communication at each stage. The facilities were nice and made the wait more comfortable. However, I did request a valuation for my bike, which was not provided.

Top Class service

From the moment I walked around the forecourt looking at the cars to the sale of my Suzuki Swift David went above and beyond. He was very professional, knowledgeable, but put me at ease at all times. David kept me informed at all times and the day I picked up my new car he went over everything with me, and even set up the suzuki app on my phone and made sure I was happy with everything before driving off. Very happy with the service I received at John Banks, Bury St Edmunds, i would certainly recommend.

John Banks Honda - MOT and Service

The experience at John Banks Honda Ipswich was very smooth. They kept me well informed throughout, so I always knew what was happening. Shocking experience

Walked into the showroom (1st impression was it was dirty and bins overflowing) to look into buying a used Honda was rushed by Adam who said he was “sales manager” if that’s the case there is a big problem at Honda then as he was rude bunt and offered nothing to enhance my experience and left me feeling thick for asking questions and like I was inconsiderate for using his time.

James was friendly and offered me a drink when I walked in but was dismissed by Adam rudely when he brought me my water.

Eddie was also chatty and friendly but then was seeing a customer buying a bike.

Won’t be back I went to VW who took there time and made me feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble.

I found the staff at John Banks Honda Cambridge to be friendly and professional. Rachel was particularly helpful in addressing my question about a dashboard symbol. She checked with the service team and later took time to explain and demonstrate how to resolve it when I collected my car. Much appreciated.

Second time using and will use again!

A very smooth transaction from start to finish. It is a our second purchase fromn J Banks Suzuki at Bury St Edmunds, always good old fashioned service. David was great keeping us updated all through the process and sorting all the bits out.

From the moment we stepped onto the…

From the moment we stepped onto the forecourt our experience was 5 stars. We were able to have a leisurely browse of the vehicles without any pushy sales rep jumping on us. When we walked into the showroom Darren greeted us and the service we received from him was nothing short of the best. Throughout the process we were kept up to date and informed and nothing felt pressured or rushed. We are very happy with our new car and will most definitely return to John Banks Hyundai.

Stress - free car sales.

We were so impressed with the service we received when we bought a used Suzuki last year that this week we went to look at a newer used model and ended up buying a brand new car! No sales pressure - just helpful advice,an excellent deal and an overall brilliant experience. Many thanks to David and Steve - you are most appreciated. Customer service second to none!!

Brought my Hyundai in for a mandatory…

Brought my Hyundai in for a mandatory safety recall. The reversing camera worked perfectly at drop off but was broken on collection. When i took the car back to them, they just said no it cant of been them, just a coincidence. The dealer has taken no responsibility, in fact despite 3 attempts to talk to them, they havnt even had the courtesy to respond. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Stress free annual service

The service on my Honda was carried out quickly and with no stress. I just dropped the car off and after 2 hours I got a call that the car was ready for pick-up and a service review video was waiting in my inbox. A complimentary car wash and valet was thrown too. This was all covered by my service plan so I didn't even have to reach into my pocket. Great customer service.
