Bought a Car
Bought a Car, Immediately warning lights showed up, promises were made with constant delays 2 months have passed and their interest has gone as the vehicle is off their forecourt. They have tried on 2 occasions to Fix it with no results, now the vehicle is unsuitable to drive and no dates to fix this. Avoid The Stirling Branch. Poor aftercare service.

We bought our car in May and...
highly recommend speaking with Gordon, he kept us updated every step of the way and done his best to answer all the questions we had. Last minute requests from us, he helped sort. Couldn't fault him at all.
We were looking at a car, roughly same spec and not too far in price from their sister store across the road but the sales rep didn't seem too interested.
Well deserved 5 star from Gordon.

New Car - Easy Peasy

Friendly professional staff, and I love my new car.
I spoke to Chris on the phone and arranged to call in the next day to see the car I was interested in, I also paid the £99 reservation fee as I really knew the car was for me. Chris brought the car round, put trade plates on and let me take it for a test drive. Chris was helpful and very kind, the car was serviced and a tiny mark on the rear passenger door was repaired as promised.

All our questions were answered and the JC team showed good attention to detail throughout the process. Gordon was excellent in clearing all our queries and potential concerns about the vehicle, which was an automatic (our driving experience had been with manuals only). We were confident to proceed and purchase the vehicle that needs good reliability for work purposes.

Professional and Very Pleasant Staff
My email inquiry was very quickly answered and a visit arranged to view the car. Christopher Thomson welcomed us and took us out to see the car and explained the various features in the car. After being handed the car keys we were able to test drive the car which was a very pleasant experience. Returning to the office we discussed the purchase of the car and the benefits being offered by the company with Christopher and concluded the deal.
