Poor customer service, told need new brake pads and discs on a 2 year old car with only 17000 miles and told this is normal. It isn’t.

Very friendly and organised. Car returned washed. Courtesy car clean and an appropriate size.

Where do I start. Do not take your car here if there is a problem with it. Engine light and EPC light on car. Dropped the car off in the morning, heard nothing until 4pm from a lady who mentioned have I had timing belt done recently? I said no.. had a phone call at 4:30pm to say we don’t know what is wrong with it but it’ll be £114 just to tell you what the laptop results bring in. Stupidly I said ok. Then was quoted £350 for a camshaft adjuster without the labor! They said it was the next step in diagnosis procedure!! bearing in mind I already spent £114. I complained when I went in the store and was told ah sorry you can speak manager but theyre off and I cant give you your car without the £114. Bizarre.
I have TAKEN the car to another trusted garage in Dundee who have mentioned the timing valve mesh has broken and has quoted a different and better price and a totally different fault! All faith in Seat Dundee completely gone and will never take my car their for work. They don’t know what they’re doing and that’s with a laptop giving them readings which are false! I’m happy to give anyone more info on why not to take your car here just reply or like this comment. Total joke.

We purchased a used SEAT Mii and the service we received was excellent. Although we are based over 300 miles from the dealership and hadn't driven or seen the vehicle, we had full confidence that the car would be A1. We were not disappointed! Only the number plate gave away the car's age, it really was in showroom condition. We could have purchased a similar vehicle more locally, but the combination of the price, and all of the extra reassurance provided by the Seat Warranty and MOT cover made this the best deal for us. Special thanks to Steven Rodger who looked after us extremely well from afar. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer to anyone who wants to purchase a used vehicle - wherever in the country you live!

Having had a less than satisfactory experience with Peter Vardy Group (Hillington) we discovered Specialists Cars through Autotrader. The first contact with Harry Jackson was a much more satisfactory expereince, in fact a complete joy! We purchased a second hand Seat for our son via telephone and everything was so straight forward, no hidden charges and Harry sent a personalised video of the car to show its features. The car was immaculate, full tank of petrol included and they even collected our son from the train station to collect the vehicle. We had hoped to attend in person with him to support his first car purchase but circumstances procluded. Communication from start to finish both by telephone and email was unfaultable. All in all, we would throughly recommend Specialist Cars Seat Dundee. Harry needs a pay rise please!

I was in the market for a new car and had visited a few dealerships. A lot had put me off with hidden costs when we crunched numbers! We went to Seat Dundee, knowing the model I wanted and met Joe. He was open and honest with pricing from the offset, he was warm and honest! His colleague Heather helped me with paperwork too, both a real pleasure to deal with! Cannot recommend high enough! The service at SEAT Dundee is unmatched, having previously received subpar service from another dealership I spoke to this branch although apprehensive my expectations were blown out the water. Despite restrictions Joe from SEAT Dundee was the kindest and most helpful member of staff who dealt with my motability car from helping me decide to picking it up. Would highly recommend to anyone.
