We really enjoyed our experience with John Clark Nissan. Our salesman Scott Arthur was really knowledgeable and kept us up to date with the cars progress.

Scott was very helpful, he is really enthusiastic about his job, took time out to show me all the controls and features of the car, answered all my questions.

I was very impressed with Scott Arthur, salesman, who helped us choose our new Clio. He is very professional and extremely helpful.
Delivering my new car to my door, is an excellent service, which Scott and James did.

All good but car had not been washed prior to collection. No drama and apology was given by the lady dealing with me.

Had a great experience at Nissan Aberdeen Our sales associate Josh was attentive and knowledgeable and also went over everything with great detail. He took the time to review and answer any questions we had. Amazing customer service all around.

John Clark Motor Group Nissan Aberdeen - a response to the fabrication of the truth that was expressed in a reply. Don't be fooled by the sale patter you get when buying because the service you get after is abysmal and all dealt in house. The car arrived damaged and scratched with scratches on every panel. The delivery driver told us to contact the franchise and he even took photographs himself along with us. Mr Mcnaught informed us he would attend and sort out any problem. Radio silence, he failed to turn up on two occasions that he had promised when we had taken days off work and not even a courtesy call. Numerous calls and escalations eventually forced his hand to turn up on March 6th, where he took the car away and returned it with patches where he had T cut visible and scratches that were not even attempted to be sorted. The hard neck of Mr McConville to suggest we were sending original pictures sums up these charlatans. Save yourself from these jokers and try somewhere that has decent customer service, you will not get it here.

Scott Arthur was very helpful when it came to looking for my new car. He showed interest, product knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend a visit to specialist cars to anyone who’s looking for a simple journey when looking for their next motor.

Car needed to go in for a recall. I needed a courtesy vehicle, but had to wait several weeks to be able to get one as my car needed to be in all day. The day before my appointment I received a courtesy call confirming my appointment and hire car. On arrival the following day I was told there was no courtesy car available. I had waited weeks to get an appointment as I needed a vehicle. I insisted I needed a car for that day - I was told they could juggle things around and I should return the following Wednesday. Again I received a courtesy call on the Tuesday confirming my appointment and they had a courtesy car - lady had keys in her hand! When I arrived on the Wednesday morning to drop my car off I was told that they had just that second been told by a salesman that the courtesy car had just been sold. Again I was not best pleased and found it totally unacceptable. A lady on the next desk agreed with me and it was arranged that the update was done whilst I waited. Overall it just took over an hour - there was absolutely no need for the car being in for a whole day in the first place it seems!

Very poor customer service since moved in with Renault, never answer phone and the reception team are very friendly but no one ever calls back, now using another Nissan dealer in Arbroath, answer phone within two rings and booked in a couple of weeks, not a couple of months

James was first class from start to the handover of my Sisters mobility car.

The service alone was first class. The staff were good. The booking process was atrocious and unhelpful. We could not get a pre MOT test although we phoned on the day the email came offering one. No courtesy car available so we had to sit for 6 hours in the showroom. Parking at the new site is very poor.

I recently bought a used Nissan Juke from Specialist Cars - Nissan in Aberdeen and have been very impressed. The buying experience was very relaxed, with no pressure and great explanation of options. Dominik and John were both very helpful. There was a misunderstanding just after I paid my deposit which they addressed really well. After I got home, I discovered a dent in the vehicle which neither I or the dealership had noticed. I called and they reacted immediately by offering to collect the car which was by now 80 miles away and to leave a courtesy car which is of a higher spec than ours and which is almost brand new. They are going to restore to showroom condition. The only problem is that I now want the higher spec courtesy car! I would absolutely recommend Specialist Cars - Nissan, Aberdeen to anyone and it is also worth trying a Nissan. This is my first time with one and I am very pleased.

The sales executive James Mcnaught that sold us the car was so helpful he made the process easy I wasnt spoken to as If i was stupid he treated you like a human you could ask as much questions as you liked he never once looked at you as thought to say stop asking stupid stuff. James made sure you understood every thing he was talking about he wasnt one of these sales men that just wants you to buy the car then get lost so he can get on to next customer the thing I thought that was great was he took the time when he took you out to the car and explained every thing about the car he also connected my phone to blue tooth in car for me and let me know about cruise control and how to use the maps he made my experience at John clark motor group as easy as it could be would recommend him to my family and friends to go to buy a car.

What a difference it made to be able to take car out for a test drive ourselves and take it home to see if our large dog would fit in boot . Bailey also enjoyed visit to showroom as everyone stopped to speak to him . Mathew was brilliant and very helpful with us all the way to us picking up our new car .
