Scott was so helpful and responsive - we are very happy with the new car and were impressed with the garage.

Just bought my new Nissan Juke from Specialist Cars Nissan, Aberdeen (John Clark Motor Group). After a couple of mishaps at the beginning, David Barnes and Michael Rennie were quick to resolve the issues and their customer service was absolutely excellent. They couldn't have been more helpful. Full communication throughout the whole process. Love my new Juke. I'll be back in 3 years to get another one! Oh, and thanks too for the flowers guys, a lovely touch! :-)

I bought my Juke around 3 years ago from John Clark Motors Group. I was very pleased with the service. Therefore, when I decided I'd 'perhaps' change my vehicle I contacted them again. Scott Arthur was very helpful, very professional, and emailed me pictures of exactly the types of vehicle we'd discussed. For many reasons I decided to postpone a change of car, for the moment... Scott was very patient and understanding. He is a credit to the Group. When I finally decide to purchase another car, I will certainly approach John Clark Motors Group again.

Just recently replaced one Juke with another.
I took a chance as my customer service in recent years once in receipt of the car was not good. Moving dates and car not ready when advised, no available courteous car and delays not communicated.

This car was not ready on the agreed dates either and whilst this is off putting I’m leaving a five star review due to the experience I had working with Scott Arthur.

I can’t fault him. He was knowledgeable, reliable, helpful and a great communicator. He was prompt in putting through paperwork and kept in regular contact. Any delays or hiccups were simply not of his doing and if it hadn’t been for how professional and understanding he was, I may not have continued with the process.

Scott even delivered the car to me so as not to create further inconvenience. What an absolute credit to the company he is. I hope everything else will be as smooth with services etc and the lasting impression I have of bring so well looked after by Scott, endures!

Just picked up my new (used car) today. It"s been a few years since I've bought a car so was a bit nervous but was well looked after by Scott Arthur from start to finish. Really made me comfortable and no pressure at all. Fantastic team there.

My second experience of using the service team at Specialist Cars Nissan since I bought my new Ariya and this experience was every bit as bad as the first.

I had my windscreen replaced by Auto Windscreen and needed to have the sensors calibrated and the first available appointment was 6 weeks away. I wasn’t too happy about the wait but it was what it was.

Two days before my appointment I called ahead to see how long the calibration would take. Nobody from service was available so I left a message with the person who answered and was told they would call me back - they did not call back.

I called again the next day and did speak to the service team this time and was told the calibration takes about an hour. I dropped my car off at 8am as agreed and was told at this point the car was actually booked in for two hours? Again, I wasn’t totally happy but I had brought the dog and could go for a walk for a couple of hours.

After two hours I came back to the service desk and was told the car still wasn’t ready but they would chase it up. Another hour passed while I sat in the dealership and still no car. I chased this again and was told they have added a second person on to the job to speed it up. When I mentioned that I was told the calibration would only take 1hr and that it had already been 3hrs I was told by the reception team that “I can only tell you what they are telling me”.

4hrs has now passed and I’m still sitting in the dealership and they still haven’t finished the calibration.

I totally regret buying the service plan for this dealership as I’m now tied into using them for my next few services and will no doubt will experience the same level of terrible service. Do yourself a favour and get your car serviced elsewhere if you have any choice.

Had a great experience at Nissan Aberdeen, Michael Rennie was extremely helpful and patient with a really nice manner. This made the whole experience very easy and I had my car within 4 days. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Michael Rennie who arranged a test drive, explained everything that needed to be known about the car, and manage to prepare all the necessary to allow us to drive our new car off the forecourt, all within 4 days.

I recently bought a Nissan Juke Tekna Auto Hybrid from Specialist Cars Nissan Aberdeen. I had the lovely Sales Executive Michael looking after me. From the moment I arrived Michael went that extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction in finding a new car. His friendly and helpful manner put me completely at ease to make this a most enjoyable experience. I was impressed with his professionalism, clearly committed to providing an excellent service. This is my first automatic and hybrid car and Michael was so patient with me as I familiarised myself with my new car on the test drive explaining clearly all of its features. I could not be happier with my new Juke Tekna. I just love it! I was very impressed with the quality of the it. It was exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and professional in helping us secure our new car

Despite ordering a courtesy car 2 months in advance I received a call late the day before to say this was not available. As an alternative solution we agreed that if I brought my car in at 8am the service would be completed by 10am whilst I waited. After waiting over 4 HOURS without any update on why it was taking so long I went to your service desk who although very apologetic had to check what was going on. I eventually got my car back at 1.30pm without any explanation of what caused the delay.

From planning to be off work for zero time with a courtesy car I had to request being off for over two hours which turned out to be six hours which caused me personally an issue with my manager.

Not nearly good enough.

Very friendly staff service was done very quickly car back by lunchtime. My car is a Motobility car so only down side was No courtesy car available at all even though I had my car booked in a month in advance.

I had a very supported, easy, pleasant and reassuring experience with Specialist Cars Nissan in Aberdeen. I live in Glasgow, still this purchase felt a close experience every step of the way.
I'd like to give specific thanks to Thor Standen from start to finish on this purchase, from initial enquiry to buying the car and after-sales service.
After speaking to a few friends it turns out that both this branch and Thor, have made similar excellent experiences for others too. 5 Stars earned.

Overall my experience of my last visit to John Clark was good. It could have been even better if service delivery was a bit quicker .

Recently bought a Nissan Juke from Nissan car specialist Autoplex Aberdeen.
Had a wonderful experience, had the lovely salesman Scott Arthur who was very enthusiastic, but not to the point of being pushy. Great product knowledge and very professional.
This is my first ever automatic car and he was very patient taking me out on a test drive. Explained all the controls etc.
He even delivered the car to my home.
Excellent service, he is a credit to the company.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good communication with updates about the progress of the car I ordered. Michael Rennie at the Autoplex, Aberdeen made the process smooth when we went to pick the car up and explained all the new features of the car.
