This is my second mini from this dealership. The knowledge, professionalism and patience of the sales staff is second to none. Mike, who has sold me a car before was brilliant at my first enquiry, he knew what I was looking for and tailored the right car for me. Outstanding deal. Greig looked after me from then on in, again, professional, knowledgable from the start. I love my new car and in three years, I’ll be back to that dealership again.! Amazing experience at John Clark Mini Tayside, compared to other certain "big name" car companies that I have encountered before.

Seen a car online and that was that... The process was simple from valuing my part x digitally, sorting the finance (even though finance part can be a stressful process, I felt relaxed the whole time) to picking up the car which was all a straight forward hassle free process. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was spotless. I did have to put fuel in it as the fuel card was left in another vehicle and it was near closing time, but all I done was sent the receipt to be refunded. Even though it wasn't a Mini I purchased, I still felt like a valued customer.

Also, since picking the car up, I have had a major TPMS issue, and being in Edinburgh didn't want to travel back to Dundee to have it looked at if I could help it. Booked it in locally with permission from my salesman, got to the route of the problem, and John Clark have paid to have the issue rectified locally to me. Top class service and would definitely use the group again to buy my next car. Special mention to salesman Brian and his manager Ally for being understanding and making all this stress free for me! Can now finally enjoy the car with no problems. Thanks to you all for a positive experience!

Although it proved a much more complicated business than expected it was handled well and efficiently, thanks to Val. 4 rather than 5 stars because the telephone system is time-consuming, and although one gets a call back within a couple of hours that doesn't mean that you get to talk to who you want to. It turned out that contact can be made by text, which was much more efficient

The sales staff were all very friendly & certainly not pushy. Beth was our main contact & she was very helpful. The service we received was excellent throughout the whole sales period & for once service exceeded expectation, which is very rare these days.
