Good experience.

Car was ready in record time and more than exceeded my exprctations

I could book a slot for my car for 8:00 am. This made it possible for me to have breakfast close by; I didn’t need to go back to home (Cupar). The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff at Clark Commercial Dundee are excellent, very helpful and polite

Very helpful staff with a sit & wait service. No need to leave the dealership then return for my vehicle. Very useful if you are using your vehicle commercially.

Great service for my Cupra Formentor 2nd service.
Only down point is that the software was not updated, I thought if an update was available it would automatically be carried out during the service but apart from that I can’t complain on the service and turn around - dropped off at 8am and finished by 10:30.

Car not charged when picking up new car ,they said the charger was being used.Not able to charge car at any public charging points.Was told by salesman to connect the car to MG connect which would help with any questions I might have.I could not connect my car to the APP tried going in to the garage to get them to do it but no success they couldn’t do it either.Very poor knowledge of the product they are selling.Still can’t charge car appointment for the 9dec to try and fix it.They took my deposit twice still waiting on the refund 4 weeks later.I have bought a lot of cars over the years but this is the worst customer experience I have ever had wish I had gone to a garage that new about the product they are selling .Very poor not even 1 star

The job was completed on time and the car was immaculate. The lack of a courtesy car was a logistics issue which is why I have not given 5 stars

Formentor was due its first a service , we received the car brand new , the vehicle has a grating noise coming from the front brakes - since it was delivered-after telling reception, we were told it would cost for air pressure to clear the dust or stone that is causing the problem, this vehicle has a 3 year warranty - after a visual inspection- if Done ? brakes are are still grating ..

Such a helpful person when I was booking the service and we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived.

I bought a used vehicle from Seat and Skoda in March and can’t rave enough about the exceptional service I received from them. I spoke with the sales controller and advised her of the specification of car I was looking for. She called me the next day with an ideal car that fitted my criteria. From then on she dealt with all questions and and kept me informed every step of the way. When we took delivery of the car we were delighted with it and would definitely return to them in the future and will pass on our recommendation of them to friends and colleagues.

Booked in easily. Price made clear before work started , and handed back both washed and on time . Braw!
