Dismal experience
Dismal experience. Booked in for service before appointed time, told them I was not local and would wait. Advised it would be ready for lunchtime. I went back 4 hours later - they hadn't started on car and now advised another 3 hours which was apparently always their plan but not what I was told on drop off. Had they said that on drop off would have managed my time accordingly. Will go elsewhere in future. Really poor communication.

CUPRA review
Staff were very helpful and polite. Found the video sent to me very useful.
Only downfall was that when I phoned to organise the car to be looked at due to a fault it was 6 weeks before I could book car in and I was unsure if it was safe to drive due to all the warning lights coming on

We have had an Audi car for many years and think they are amazing but the Audi Q8 is on another level. Absolutely First class .

3 stars don't quite give a true evaluation if the manager had contacted us and helped with the issue we are having with the car!! The stars would be more. the staff in the branch were fantastic, helpful,friendly & a credit to the business

Can’t really fault the guys I kinda new…
Can’t really fault the guys I kinda new what I wanted when I first went in, went back the next day with my partner sorted it in about an hour and had my car a few days later…. Loving my MG ZS 🥰
