My experience with The John Clark group was excellent. I found them extremely helpful in every aspect of the process of purchase of my new car. Check the wording carefully before you finalise the purchase
The car that I bought only a week ago is fine. However, certain aspects of the purchase have not gone as I had understood. I accepted the explanation that I was given when I queried some aspects, as I could see the justification made by the Sales Executive. However, I had been told that the Navigation System maps would be update to date and when I asked about these post purchase, I came to the conclusion that the vagueness of replies must be deliberate. The Sales Executive continues to insist that the maps are up to date but the version shown in the car indicates that they are 5 years out of date. I have requested that I be referred to the management and this has not been forth coming at the time of writing this review. This is very very disappointing when you are paying a premium purchase price.

From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision.
Daniel’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the service I received. If you’re thinking about buying from John Clark, I’d highly recommend asking for Daniel — he’s a credit to the team!

A positive purchasing experience!
The dealership is easy to find, is spacious and welcoming and the sales staff are very helpful. I was dealing with Rhianna Davidson who dealt with my purchase very efficiently and spent time then showing me around the car and answering all my queries. A very positive experience indeed and echoes my previous dealings with the service department in the branch when I had my 325i.
