Done the deal nice and quick I never even haggled as I wanted that car you know how it is when you’ve found IT.
Then went to collect
Car it was wet that day and I noticed scratches on bonnet and and rear bumper and also tiny chip in the windscreen so I reported to Dan straight away he then took the car and I thought were polished out but no just covered up, once it had been washed they were visible again and 2 nd key was to be posted to me ,
All i have had through the post is 3 parking tickets for my trade in that has since been shipped abroad I sent my
Log book as soon as it had arrived to Dealership
After calls and emails was told I only have 1 key and a card,ok if that’s the case I accept but no further action was taken by Dan a few emails were sent and I’m
Still awaiting a reply to his last email that said wear and tear and he would speak to his manager still nothing since June.I have since got rid of this car now and won’t be dealing with Dan in Aberdeen or BMW again

We went into John Clark BMW Aberdeen today to look at purchasing a 2 Series. When we went into the store, we approached Nick who I believe is a senior member of staff and from the word go, it was immediately hostile. We explained the car we have, and that we were looking at a 2 Series, probably a Gran Coupe and were hoping for more information and to see the different models. He asked what model and we explained we didn’t know exactly which one and he said he can’t help if we don’t know what model.

We got one up online that we had seen on the John Clark Aberdeen website and said we didn’t see it outside, he actually rudely laughed and said they didn’t hold all stock we see online. Considering it says it’s located at John Clark Aberdeen, I don’t feel this was a stupid assumption but we were definitely made to feel that way.

We asked if we could see or test drive a similar car and he said they aren’t there to test drive cars, they’re there to sell cars. He then said all information we need is online and if we want to book an appointment to see a car then we can do that.

We left feeling ridiculed and embarrassed, with certainly no desire to return. We ended up purchasing a car from Arnold Clark Mercedes garage just up the street. I understand you may experience some time wasters, but wow with that attitude I’m surprised you manage to sell any cars at all.

Horrible Customer Service, in Feb 26 I purchased a 2 Series from the BMW Approved Used selection on a 71 plate with only 32k miles on it and has had 2 x drivetrain faults going into Limp mode both times and supplied with faulty paintwork (lacquer peeling) in the first 4 months. Had a Heat Transmission Module and a Waste Gate Actuator for the Turbo replaced.
I formally rejected the car for a full refund due to poor reliability and they have rejected this citing they have fixed it under warranty and the Sales manager stated " BMW’s are one of the most reliable cars on the market" - Just not this one!!
The Dealer Principal backed their decision and I've taken it to the Motor Ombudsman - they have advised it will be SIX MONTHS to look at my claim.
I'm sure the Dealership knows the game and hopes i will have gone away by then. Please beware that with this dealership they take no accountability for a faulty car while the client has a car they no longer can rely on!

We needed to upgrade our car and Steven was helpful, and professional but with a friendly demeanor. We never felt in any way pressured into purchasing. We were just looking at that point, but ended up buying the same day. Thankyou Steven.

I have used JCMG (BMW) for a lot of years previously for new cars, but this was my 1st used car from them. My little niggle, was that I didn't take the BMW finance which they seemed to take a little umbrage at, and at the last minute offered a "deal" to entice me. Why not offer the best deal from the outset?
Regardless, I would use JCMG (BMW) again without hesitation.

We bought a BMW i3 in December 2025. It has been marvellous. We bought it from John Clark in Aberdeen. We dealt with Adam Milne who was very professional and courteous and made the process very straightforward. We drove it back to Greater London without any dramas. A lovely car and a lovely dealership. We certainly went the extra mile to collect it ! We've now had it more than 6 months and it is a lovely city car that can take you on longer breaks without any range anxiety issues. We have christened the car Dumbo as my wife got me a Dumbo soft toy to put on the dashboard. I like being able to squeeze Dumbo into tight spots that SUVs can't manage !

The staff we met were all very helpful, informative and were able to provide us with all the information we required to purchase our new BMW X3. In particular Cameron Hadden our Sales Person was excellent to deal with throughout the process.

Recently purchased a new one series at the Aberdeen branch and had great customer service from Jacky. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

I recently purchased a BMW 435d from BMW Aberdeen and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.

The car itself was presented in immaculate condition, clean, spotless, and exactly as described. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of the vehicles they sell.

A special mention goes to Arturs, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was professional, helpful, and made everything straightforward. What really stood out was that he continued to look after me even after the sale was completed, which isn’t something you always get.

I had travelled all the way from Cambridge, and the team went the extra mile by arranging to pick me up from my hotel, which made the whole experience much smoother and stress free.

Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a BMW dealership, definitely a cut above others I’ve dealt with. I’d highly recommend BMW Aberdeen to anyone looking for great service and a quality car.
