By all means, give it a try. I genuinely hope your experience is better. Perhaps my mistake was in wanting to work hard and be fairly compensated for the hours I spent raising monthly quotas for every company I was sent to, instead of simply minimizing my hours so Jobvalley could send as many applicants as possible and charge more for it.

Innerhalb der ersten Woche nachdem ich mich beworben habe sollten ZWEI Telefonate geführt werden.

Beide Male wurde ich anscheinend vergessen.
Fachkräftemangel in Deutschland gibts anscheinend nur in HR. Wenn die nach Leistung bezahlt würden wäre das Mindestlohn.

Finger weg. Besser direkt bei Unternehmen bewerben oder bei Konkurrenzfirmen wie zum Beispiel Randstad.

I was working for Jobvalley for 3-4 months. And in the 30th January I resigned the Jobvalley. Because one of the worker told me that if you want to resign then just delet your account in app then it’s done. So i did that same. Then i want only certificate that i am not working with them because i want to give this in Finanzamt.

From last 2 months i was trying to reach out them by mail and phone. But they are not giving me reply. Around i sent them 30-40 mails and around 25-26 calls. And on each calls i was waiting like 40-45 minutes then the call automatically disconnected.

Today finally they received my call and the girl who was talking with me. She was like so rude and very unkind. Even one time she scolded on me and then she has only just one answer that you are not in our system.i said them if you want any kind of proof that i was working in Jobvalley then also i am ready but she only speak that answer you are not in our system like 7-8 times. And suddenly she cut my phone.

I really don’t know what should i have to do. The Jobvalley has very rude and unkind customer service.

Ich habe Wochenlang warten müssen nachdem ich mich beworben habe. Nach Anfrage kam entweder nur die Antwort, dass man die Anfrage weiterleiten würde und sich die zuständige Person schnell bei mir melden würde.
Was soll ich sagen? Das war leider mehrfach nicht der Fall.
Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit von jobvalley ist sehr schlecht. Ich bin bisher nicht durchgekommen und Ansprechpartner kann man nicht direkt anrufen. Also bleibt einem nichts weiter übrig als wochenlang auf Antworten zu warten.
Zuletzt kam die Antwort, dass ein angebliches Gespräch geführt wurde und mir eine Absage erteilt wurde aufgrund der Distanz.
Seltsam, dass mit mir niemand gesprochen hat.
Vor 3 Jahren war jobvalley um einiges zuverlässiger und die Kommunikation war zufriedenstellend.
Die Zeiten sind vorbei.
Darüberhinaus klagen viele Studenten, dass kaum noch Einsätze zu vergeben sind.

Die kümmern sich um nicht, außer wenn der Kunde unzufrieden ist, oder ihn was auffällt. Die haben falsche Daten mit dem Finanzamt und nun muss ich alles selbst abklären, weil die was falsch mit dem Finanzamt mitgeteilt, und ich kann keinen von Jobvalley erreichen, weil ich noch die Rechnungen benötige, um das Problem zu lösen.

Das einzige was Jobvalley interessiert ist die Provision, die man für die erarbeitet.

Sie kümmern sich nicht um eine pünktliche Bezahlung. Sie kümmern sich nicht, wenn man bei einem Kunden gearbeitet hat und dieser vergessen hat die Stunden einzutragen und man am Ende ohne Geld dasteht.
Im Gegenteil, es wird sogar eingefordert, selbst beim Kunden von Jobvalley anzurufen.

Man bekommt größtenteils keine echten Studentenjobs, sondern z.B. schlecht bezahlte Nachtschichten in Hochlagern angeboten.

Lasst euch nicht betrügen! Nur ein weiteres ekliges Geschäftsmodell, dass eigentlich kontrolliert und verboten werden sollte!

You need to be very careful if you decide to work for them. Sometimes it takes them ages to verify your ID and paperwork. So you can't work during this time.

But even worse, sometimes they just don't have any record that you worked because they rely on what their partner companies tell them. So you DON'T GET PAID. I have had this conversation with their customer service for MONTHS now, providing them with proof, and they couldn't find any solution.

Really the worst experience that I have had. I have worked for them many times before and I haven't caused any problem. But this was my last time for sure.

They only assign work to the previous workers who already worked in the organization. For example: If you worked in Zara before, they will show the jobs only to your job valley account. Even if you call them or request to assign you to works, still they will say "no works for new students" or so on. Their response in email is also not fruitful.

Ich habe im Jahr 2022 einige Monate über Jobvalley gearbeitet. Während ich gearbeitet habe gab es keinerlei Probleme und ich hatte bei jedem meiner Anliegen schnellstens einen Ansprechpartner der sich meinem Problem angenommen hat. Vom Onboarding über Bewerbungsgespräche und schlussendlich der erfolgreichen Vermittlung lief alles tadellos.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätte ich Jobvalley eine 5 Sterne Bewertung geschrieben und wäre vollstens von ihrer Arbeit überzeugt gewesen.
Doch nachdem mein Vertrag ausgelaufen war und ich angedeutet habe keinerlei weitere Jobs annehmen zu wollen, da ich mein Studium beenden werde, wurde es ärgerlich. Plötzlich wurden meine Emails erst nach 2-3 Wochen mit Standardantworten beantwortet, ausstehendes Urlaubsgeld erst 3 Monate später ausgezahlt und die Hoffnung auf eine frühe Ausstellung der Lohnsteuerbescheinigung habe ich auch schon aufgebeben. Erst die Drohung einer Abmahnung hat Hebel in Gang gesetzt und mir wurde das ausstehende Gehalt überwiesen.
Man verdient durch mich kein Geld mehr als hat man mich fallen gelassen.

Alles in allem kann Jobvalley nur denen empfehlen die entweder niemals aufhören wollen über die Plattform zu arbeiten oder masochistisch veranlagt sind.
