Sehr schlecht. Die Personal sind sehr unzuverlässig

I’m really grateful for the jobvalley app. As a student who can’t get a regular part-time job right now, I’m able to get at least one shift per week, which helps me cover some of my expenses. The team has been so helpful!

I have been working with Jobvalley, and the support and coordination from initial selection to assigning shifts (Even after office closing hours) was very commendable. Keep it up, team Jobvalley.

In terms of money, job valley have been fairly good especially with the holidays money they give. But shifts are scarce now for me since G3 are losing their customers so I no longer get shifts on the App now

Eine sehr gute Erfahrung

Ich habe noch nie so ein unverschämtes Unternehmen gesehen! Seit 2018 arbeite ich für ein andere Unternehemn, aber bin hier immer noch als Angestellte aktiv, wobei das nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Ich habe diese Info rein zuverlässig vom Finanzamt mitbekommen.
Seit dem 27.03.26 versuche ich dieses Unternehmen zu erreichen mit der Bitte mich endlich abzumelden, aber ohne Erfolg. So viele E-Mails erfasst und angerufen, aber keine Chance. Wie respektlos und unverschämft! Keinerleri Reaktion auf meine Bitte. Wie gesagt, obwohl ich da seit 2018 nicht mehr arbeite, bin ich immer noch als Angestellt aktiv. Was für eine Frechheit und betrügeriches Verhalten.
Nicht mal mir zu antworten sehen die ein. Mein Fall wird komplett ignoriert.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass die das nicht ändern werden und ich weiterhin als Angestellt aktiv bestehen bleibe und mein Kommentar hier auch nicht von denen kommentiert wird. Aber ich hoffe, dass mein Kommentar hier andere dazu bewegen kann, selber nachzuforschen, ob das eigene gekündigte Bechäftigungsverhältnis noch aktiv ist. Tut das bitte!!
Dieses Unternehmen ist mir gegenüber respektlos und verantwortlungslos und zeigt keinerlei Professionalität.
Am besten Finger weg von diesen Leuten!

Obviously it’s good. But one thing I will like to inform that I want to get more shifts in April. Also, now I do the shift from Frankfurt Hauptwache to schaafheim it’s far away from my home. So, It’s my humble request that if there is any available vacancies near my house please inform me as soon as possible.

Ich bin sehr glücklich, bei Job Vally zu arbeiten. Ich bin Student und arbeite sehr gerne bei diesem Unternehmen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall weiterhin bei Job Vally arbeiten.

Als Student habe ich manchmal Prüfungen oder Vorlesungen an meiner Universität. In diesen Zeiten buche ich Schichten entsprechend meiner Verfügbarkeit. Diese Flexibilität hilft mir, mein Studium und meine Arbeit unter einen Hut zu bringen.

Die Arbeit bei Job Vally hilft mir auch, mich weiterzuentwickeln. In Zukunft möchte ich meine Karriere vorantreiben und eine Festanstellung bei Job Vally bekommen.

Everything is smooth with jobvalley, sometimes shift availability is a bit odd but i believe they try their best to help students.

I like the option to flexibly work on my terms.

They are most of the time out of reach. You will call them but haven’t get any response in proper time, same things happen also for email. They are totally messed up with the Lieferando contract. They even cannot maintain a minimum communication with their vendor party and also with employees. They also give you the false commitment. But their payment is always good at least with me.

I love this work and actually i am enjoying when i am doing my shift and Thank you job Valley for gave me this wonderful job.

Job valley is one of the best companies ever in Germany and very supportive for students. They give flexible shifts which allows students to balance work and school. With regards to time keeping and payment of salaries too the are faithful. Will always recommend and give it 5 stars
