Wir nutzen Jobvalley als Unternehmen, um saisonale Spitzen und kurzfristige Personalbedarfe abzudecken. Die Buchung zusätzlicher Arbeitskräfte über das Onlineportal ist übersichtlich, schnell und mit wenig administrativem Aufwand verbunden.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität der Plattform, um kurzfristig auf Peak-Geschäfte reagieren zu können. Zusätzlich ist der Support im Hintergrund sehr gut erreichbar und unterstützt bei Fragen oder Anpassungen zuverlässig, was die Zusammenarbeit deutlich erleichtert.

An alle,
meine Erfahrungen mit Jobvalley waren insgesamt gemischt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und sachliche Support. Rückfragen zu Arbeitszeiten wurden korrekt aufgenommen und bearbeitet.
Verbesserungswürdig ist jedoch die Transparenz bei der Anzeige von Einsätzen. Obwohl mein Profil vollständig aktiv und korrekt eingerichtet ist, werden mir über längere Zeiträume keine neuen Einsätze in der App angezeigt. Als Nutzer ist dabei nicht immer klar nachvollziehbar, ob dies an einer geringen Verfügbarkeit, an der Systemlogik oder an den Matching-Einstellungen liegt.
Zudem basiert die Vergabe von Einsätzen stark auf Verfügbarkeit und Schnelligkeit. Da Schichten oft sehr schnell ausgebucht sind, gehen Möglichkeiten leicht verloren, ohne dass alternative Einsätze vorgeschlagen oder aktiv vermittelt werden.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass Jobvalley hier transparenter kommuniziert und Nutzer aktiver über verfügbare oder alternative Einsatzmöglichkeiten informiert.
Insgesamt eine solide Plattform, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Kommunikation und aktiver Vermittlung.

Außerdem kann man um Schichten-Freischalten bitten, wenn es keine Schichten auftauchen.

Kommunikation und Arbeit
Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war die gute kommunikation zwischen dem Personnal(von Jovalley) und mir. Der weitere positive Punkt war der rechzeitige Bezahlung. Allerdings manche Einsätze, auf die ich mich schon beworben habe sind einfach ignoriert und keine weitere Rückmeldungen sind dafür gegeben.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience with Jobvalley. I have been working through your platform for the past month, and I am very satisfied with the service. The app is user-friendly, helpful, and makes it easy to track my shifts and work details.
I would also like to kindly suggest a few improvements.
It would be great if the sick-leave payment could be increased.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if the platform could show job opportunities closer to my home address. Having a workplace near my residence would make it easier for me to manage my schedule and other responsibilities.
