I’ve used Jigsaw24 a couple of times for Apple accessories and always found them to be helpful and professional. I’ve recommended them to others too.
Bought a control panel which was “in stock”. Turns out it wasn’t. Cancelled the order. 7 days later I still have no money back. Apparently they didn’t take it. This is directly opposite to what my bank have said and they have even provided reference numbers and a print out to this mob. They still deny taking the money.
Please avoid this lot. They don’t care. They don’t care they have your money. Their customer service is appalling.

Bought an Eizo monitor £1700 yesterday with an arranged delivery two day later. But then, 24 hrs later, after the payment had gone through, only to be told , (via email, no phone call) the item was unavailable. Guess it costs too much to ring me!
Even with a dialogue with the sales team over three weeks, they knew I wanted the item, how can this happen??? So unprofessional, all they want is your money and don’t deliver, bet I have to now wait 10 days before they refund the money. Don’t use them, their Customer philosophy sucks!
Very glad to report that Jigsaw24 agreed to replace one of 5 LG monitors with a new one when it developed a fault after 3.5 weeks. Business customers only get 14 days but they treated us right and will return the faulty one to LG themselves - that is customer support! Thank you Gina.
Service is extremely fast and delivery came ahead of schedule, but need to consider changing delivery provider as had issues with damage on package, which luckily didn't seem to impact the laptop. This is the 2nd time I've had bad laptop delivery experiences from your courier. However, Jigsaw24 service outside of this was great.
For whatever reason, stocks of MacBook Pros are a bit scarce at the moment, so I was happy to find a good spec model (at a reasonable price) at Jigsaw. As a new customer, it was easy to set up an account and place an order. The only thing I didn't like (hence 4 stars) was having to pay for delivery - but having no idea when I would receive it! That's pretty weird in this day and age to give no indication of whether you will receive it the next day or the next week. As it was, I received it two days later, which was acceptable to me. I think this review would have been different however if it had been a few more days. Sort your stock and deliveries out, and I'd have no complaints. I will use again.

Great company and great service. I was looking for a MacBook Pro that that was more powerful than the off-the-shelf specs. Apple had an estimated shipping date of almost 2 months. Jigsaw had it in stock. Had it shipped the next day. Highly recommend!

Jigsaw 24 worked above and beyond the call of duty to get me a device that was rapidly scarce in the mac market and I’m very pleased by customer service, the only bad thing should there be anything to mention about was the £20 delivery charge to the Highlands and Islands which I understand there maybe a need for a charge but I feel like this charge may be a bit excessive considering it was a small parcel.
As always excellent service. Kept me informed of delay to the manufacture and delivered ahead of revised schedule. Thank you.
The online chat with sales gave very helpful advice and the Lacie drive arrived safely the very next day.
