Tried to get me to pay for a product that doesn't exist

Tried to get me to pay for a product that doesn't exist, and 2 weeks later I still haven't received my refund that was promised within 3-5 days. They're supposedly a reputable company but all I've experienced is a bunch of con artists.

Edit: per the reply, customer support did NOT resolve the issue. I had to go through my bank to claw the payment back. I told support "I've already resolved it myself now" not "Thanks for resolving it" -- more misleading seedy sales practices.

Totally Unresponsive

Placed an order with Jigsaw24 last week, owing to issues encountered at the checkout stage, I ended up trying multiple times to place an order. In the end, 4 units instead of 1 was ordered. Upon realising this, I attempted to contact the company by email, so as to clarify the order and have the issue corrected.

This happened prior to dispatch, however, the email fell of deaf ears and the item was sent out. Interesting, I got an email from an individual with the order confirmation detail shortly after.

Prior to delivery I continued to attempt to contact the company, again, no response. DPD delivered the item to my door (no safe place was set) and upon returning home from work the parcel was not anywhere to be found (that’s why I didn’t leave a safe place instruction). 2 days later I found the parcel was with a neighbour.

It’s been a week since I first tried to contact the company, and 4 days since I requested a return (well within the statutory 14-day distant selling returns window), alas I’ve had no response whatsoever.

As such my next step is to allow the full 14 days to elapse, then issue a chargeback via my credit card provider as this whole situation has been ludicrous.

Hilariously, and perhaps what’s prompted this review, is Jigsaw24 saw fit to send me unsolicited marketing emails today, which I’ve never signed up for, all while ignoring my other, legitimate, communication.

I am still waiting for the item and…

I am still waiting for the item and there has been zero communication about the order except that it is in progress. I have a suspicion that they renege on the order.
Thank you for getting back and re-assuring me of the order and helping to provide clarity. I appreciate this as it helps us with our planning. I have updated the experience to neutral. When I do get the product I can offer a better review. Hope this helps

I ordered a 4TB LaCie Rugged Hard Drive…

I ordered a 4TB LaCie Rugged Hard Drive which was for sale on Jigsaw24.com site for £150. Jigsaw24 took my money and then said that the HD would now cost £300 inc.VAT. But would offer it me for £200.00 as a good will gesture. Jigsaw should have honoured the price I paid for it online, it wasn’t listed as out of stock. I asked for a refund and found the same product online for £154 elsewhere. Not good.

No refund for return

Ordered a phone and once it arrived it never switched on. After waiting a week just for a return label to ship this faulty product back to them, I dropped the parcel off, it is now coming up to two months and I have not been refunded. In the consumer rights act UK 2015, if product arrives faulty the company must refund within 30 days, they have breached this law. If the company does not sort this out I will have to chargeback with my bank. I would be weary placing orders on this website.

useless delivery

This is a complaint about the non-delivery of my item.

I got a phone call to say driver had missed me as I was not home. So now I have to pick up my purchase at some unspecified future date.

I was home and could see that no delivery arrived.

Please choose a more reliable (and honest) delivery company

Spam. Spam. And more Spam.

Literally don't even know what they do. I do know that in the past 8 months, they've spammed me with more than 28 emails, despite constantly unsubscribing.

Just constant, constant emails. Never signed up to their maillist, and the footer of the spam emails never have any information about how I was supposed to have joined it, and I've never bought from them.

Can't stand having my inbox filled with emails I never asked for - awful.

Very disappointed by their service

Very disappointed by their online service. Ordered an ‘In Stock’ item via their website. I called for ETA on delivery and was told the item wasn’t in stock but on backorder. Now my payments are pending in my account and can take up to a week to retrieve. This is unacceptable and was even told Jigsaw24 have had this issue many times before. Seems like a cover just to get sales but terrible services. Use the service with caution.
