Radio silence

Scheduled a delivery to arrive today about fortnight ago.
Nothing from them, no delivery, no communication since the original order to indicate anything was even been processed...

Just want to say a massive thanks to…

Just want to say a massive thanks to Joshua Smith from the repair service team. We have sent many Apple laptops in for repairs and they're always repaired quickly. Joshua is always quick to response no matter what the question and very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend.

Great service

Great service. Mac Studio with the correct configuration was in stock and delivered next day. Apple had quoted a four week lead time.
