Jeffpuzzle Recensioni

I placed an order on December 10 2022 and had it shipped to California for a Christmas gift for my nieces. I finally got a confirmation of delivery the other day and it was shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. We sent an email to your company two days ago to try and correct the situation and haven’t gotten any response.

I ordered 3 large puzzles and if what they sent me was the large, I couldn’t imagine what small and medium would be. I did receive 3 puzzles though.
Note: I rarely use PayPal and after using it for this order, there was an attempt to charge my account $450. I understand that Chinese computer systems are not secure

I order from this company, but another company called ericpuzzles which is actually the same as jeffspuzzles, the charges on my credit card was under jeffspuzzled. They send the packages to another address and marked it as received. it was delivered at Dec. 18

I did not order from this company, but another company this guy has, but got charged for shopping at jeffspuzzles, for blankets under a different name. Ragraciao.com phone number 1-628-239-7650 address 12666 Pensador Drive, Colorado Springs CO, 80921. They say they are a bridal venue, flowers, etc. THEY ARE SCAMMING. They send the packages to address they know, not what they were given. They DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. YOU must dispute the charge. I NEVER ordered from JeffsPuzzles. He is scamming under MANY different names. States they are in Colorado, yet the package they "shipped" to an address, not mine, states the package came from China. WATCH OUT. Been emailing them since November 2022. Many "sugary " responses. Never addressing the contents of email, etc. SCAM ALERT!!!!! THIEVES !

I have been waiting on a refund for my 2 orders since Oct.7 as my orders were delivered to a place that I didn't live. When I contact them all I get us they are waiting to here from the refund department. I was going to re-order but because of the lack of response and respect for their customers I decided to go with a different company. I am hoping to get my money back so this can be resolved. I don't have money to just throw away.

The puzzles look amazing; however, I ordered a puzzle nearly a month ago and still have not received it. Order said it was delivered to another part of the country. Still waiting for a resolution.

This is the second order I've received from this company and both orders the puzzles were messed up. The first order, the puzzle pieces were stuck together, broken and missing pieces. The second order the puzzles were missing pieces and one was broken. I've been trying to get a refund but they don't issue refunds. The first order they gave me a certificate to use on a new order. The second one I'm still trying to get some resolution to the issues. I have sent multiple emails and pictures trying to get something done.

They were shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. The puzzle is beautiful and the pieces are so much fun. All the non-symmetrical shapes had everyone picking up all the pieces just to look at them. It was an awesome experience to put these puzzles together.

The puzzles were a bit smaller than expected - but otherwise it was even better than we thought. A really wonderful colourful piece of art, so fun to build. Really recommend it!

We enjoy doing a puzzle with our grandchildren of an evening

I was expecting at least a cardboard box, the bags are pretty, but odd to store, and the website showed an boxed product. Still love puzzles, and they make great gifts or stocking stuffers.

Very cute and fun to do I have glued them and put them on my wall will recommend them

The parcel was delivered with care and attention through the letterbox.

These puzzles are the most beautiful puzzles I have ever seen. Small animals join in together to make a bigger puzzle. My kids and I enjoy them and have amazing family time. They are efficient for brain building and critical thinking. I would surely recommend for everyone ready to enhance their childrens brain activities

The puzzles are beautiful and very challenging. This being said, I had bought these for my elderly mother for her birthday. The puzzles were MUCH smaller than I had thought they would be. ( I guess I should had payed attention to size.) Also the pieces were way to small for her. She use to love puzzles when I was a child, but would even try.

Please read the their policy, you will not get a refund once payment is made, even if they don't have products to deliver. You will only get a voucher. Also I was charged in US dollars rather than AUD, so the amount was about AUD$100 more than the checked out value. Immediately I contacted to cancel the order, but they lied about the order had been shipped. They even charged premium fast shipping for about AUD$70 to be delivered within 7 business days but I didn't get the product for several weeks later, which outside the return date. This is an unethical business from China. Please be careful.

The puzzles are cute and well crafted. The colors are vivid. I like the size and shapes of the pieces, but might make the puzzles slightly difficult for big hands. The only downfall for me is they smell highly of a wood burning house smell. I am sure it is in the process of making the pieces, but I have difficulty with smoke smells. Still would recommend buying.

I love ur puzzles I am a big owl fan and I put them together and put in picture frames

I like, excellent, I feel happy
