Has a query on assembly instructions for Jay-Be bunks so emailed the company. The support I received from Jayne was fantastic. Jayne was professional, efficient and courteous, providing the information I required in minutes!

We contacted Jaybe to request replacement of damaged headboard for Rollalong folding bed. Very helpful Customer Service who explained clearly what we needed to do and then sent email within the hour to confirm that headboard was on its way and would be with us within 2-3 working days. Fantastic no-quibble service. Thank you!

We have had a fold up bed from Jay-Be for some years and it's been really useful. It's sturdily put together, but one of the wooden slats cracked.

Using their website it was easy to find the correct replacement part and order it. The spares are reasonably priced and the replacement arrived quickly.

I only needed one slat for our bed but I was so impressed with the sales team and the efficiency and care they took with me. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. I got a very speedy reply to my initial enquiry and received very knowledgeable information and even a 'how to' video link.
I couldn't be more happy. I even received the item much quicker than I expected and it was very securely packed.

Had a wonderful talk with staff from start to finish. Their site was easy to follow. While I'm praising these staff members may I also praise their delivery team at FedEx the guy who did my delivery was courteous and polite even brought the box into my hall for me

Bought a small double from Amazon bed was absolutely perfect apart from two small chips on headboard sent email to Jaybe and sorted within ten mins and replaced can not fault customer service at all and service team buying second one next week well worth it thanks jaybe

We managed to break the wheels on the bed and emailed the company for replacements, they advised that we have a lifetime guarantee and have put them in the post...wow...

We have 3 Jay-be fold out beds which are used regularly, mainly by friends of our kids on sleepovers. The beds occasionally get heavy treatment and a wooden slat breaks. Not a problem however for Jay-be, who have sent out replacements without question and free of charge. These days where it seems like you have to argue your case for everything it’s so refreshing to deal with a company that values their customers. Well done Jay-be! Other companies, please take note..

I had an issue with 2 mattresses that I purchased last year, and I was so impressed with the prompt response from JayBe. Communication was amazing and I was offered 2 replacements that were delivered the very next day. Jayne was brilliant, so a big thank you to her!

I've bought 2 folding bed s from JAY-BE. I first bought the basic £65 folding bed which I used every night for 7 months and decided to upgrade to the crown premiere bed. It's hard to believe this is a folding bed. The mattress is firm and as thick as a mattress on a standard bed. I've honestly had the best 3 nights sleep since I bought it. I was struggling to attach the headboard to the bed and sent an email to JAY-BE customer service and thought I'd have to wait the usual 3 days for a response but was shocked to receive an email later that day. They kept in touch with me the entire day until I had figured out what to do. I would rate the bed 5 stars and definitely rate the customer service 5 stars
Outstanding service all round.

I bought one a small double bed a couple of months ago and part of the frame broke. I contacted the company by email, sent pics and was sent out a replacement within 1 week and half. No issues and great delivery communication.

Even though my bed was a discontinued model customer service were happy to send me replacement headboard screws that had been lost following a house move.
