I was ready to throw away a Jaybe bed…

I was ready to throw away a Jaybe bed frame and mattress bought in 2023 via Very then found out that all bed frames have a lifetime warranty. I called to enquire and was supported with next steps by a very friendly and helpful advisor. I sent an email as advised with proof of purchase and a picture of the damage and a new bed and mattress was sent out and received within 2 days. Brilliant service! Thanks Jayne.

Explained my problem to Jayne from customer service which she replied to my email within half an hour give her a few details and she dealt with the issue which I’m very happy about cant fault the customer service A++ would deffintly recommend jay-be

The product quality AND customer service 10/10!

First off... Let's talk about their beds...
Absolute top quality, both frame and mattress.
We bought the Crown Premier Folding Single Bed with Deep Sprung Mattress and the mattress cover.
Had this bed for 2 years and it's as good today as the day we first got it!
The headboard is attached to the frame by 3 x chrome hexi-head barrel nuts (which I lost one of them!)
I contacted Jayne at JAY-BE Customer Services via their online chat to ask if they sold spares. 2 minutes later after confirming what it was I needed, she offered to send a replacement set out in the post!
Can't ask for more than that!
Great product quality coupled with great customer aftercare! Spot on!

Worst Customer Service

I bought a maybe fold down jaybe bed on Amazon. The clasp for holding the bed together when not in use was broken. I contacted Amazon and their solution was to return the bed which didn’t seem practical as I live in Ireland and the bed came from uk. I contacted jaybe ,they apologised but wouldn’t send a replacement clasp to the Republic of Ireland. So it was ok to buy their product but wouldn’t go to the expense or trouble to post a small piece of plastic to solve the problem.
Shame on you jaybe.

Thank you for your response.
Your customer service made it quite clear that the clasp would not be posted to the Republic of Ireland.
I take it that this is your company policy. So there is little point in me wasting my valuable time contacting your customer service to be told the same.
Alternatively if you are willing to state that your policy has changed then I will contact them.
If is quite unfortunate because your company has missed out on what might have been a great review of your product.

Recently i purchased a Jay-Be mattress…

Recently i purchased a Jay-Be mattress from argos which was sadly unsatisfactory however i loved the idea of buying one of their mattresses as theyre a uk company and use eco friendly materials etc , so i contacted their customer services who couldnt have been more helpful and offered me an upgrade on my mattress truly 100% professional excellent service and im so glad i chose to try another product of this company and feel sure that it will be as satisfactory as the service theyve provided

Just perfect

Bought a sofabed from Argos, slim 3 seater, I phoned Jay be to check the colour as Argos name them different, they told me what to expect offered me a visit to their warehouse and gave me a perfect expectation as to when my sofabed would arrive. It arrived as scheduled and is absolutely perfect. Is comfy as both a sofa and a bed and easy to operate. Fabulous love it, exceptional service by delivery guys too.

If you want very little communication…

If you want very little communication from a company after you've parted with your money, get a really poor delivery/installation team who don't know what they are doing and a general unsatisfactory experience when parting with over £2000 of your money, then Jay-Be are the company for you.

Shame, as I had purchased from them years ago and they used to be good.

Outstanding Customer Service

I can’t speak highly enough of Jay-Be and their outstanding customer service. We purchased a mattress through DFS, but unfortunately it turned out not to be suitable for our needs. Despite this, the way Jay-Be, specifically Emma, handled the situation was exceptional. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely keen to help. They listened to our concerns and arranged a replacement with a more suitable product quickly and without any hassle. The new mattress is a much better fit and far more comfortable. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and it’s reassuring to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and customers. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Sarah Hall 5*

Ordered two fold up single beds as we don't currently have a mattress to sleep on. We ordered them, timing them to arrive so we wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. Unfortunately there was a mix up with parcel force and they tried to deliver it to the wrong address which meant the beds were sent back to JayBe. We called JayBe and Sarah Hall went above and beyond sorting it out for us. The beds are with us now and we only called her this morning. We live 5 hrs away from the warehouse so we're very impressed and relieved to have beds to sleep on tonight. Tested them out too and they are comfortable. Will be holding onto them for future emergencies. We've previously returned a double folding bed before which was a hassle free process. Very trustworthy company. Won't hesitate to order again.

Customer service was great

First and foremost was the customer service I received from Jayne, from the start she was most helpful and we are very grateful. We are very happy with the replacement. Even the delivery driver was extremely helpful.

Folding Bed

I borrowed my friends folding bed amazing
I was staying with my daughter to help
Care following surgery so ordered my own to discover I had made a mistake
I spoke to Sarah Hall who has restored my faith in human Nature arranged and ordered a replacement
Look no further then this

Aftersales team very helpful

Aftersales team very helpful. I needed a couple another clip to hold the bed together when its folded up and it was sent out straight away even though the product was bought over 2 years prior 👏👏
